Very helpful staff Satisfied with flooring
The thing l wasn’t happy about was the fact if l ordered too much material they would be a charge even if it was unopened if l returned unused product
Haven’t come across this rule before and to be honest would make me think twice about any future orders

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind comments about our team. We’re really pleased to hear you were satisfied with the flooring and found the staff helpful.
We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the returns charge. As most of our flooring is ordered specifically for each customer and often cut or allocated from batches, a restocking charge can apply when materials are returned, even if they are unopened. This helps cover the handling and processing involved.
That said, we completely understand your point and appreciate you sharing it with us. Your feedback is very valuable and will certainly be taken on board as we continue to review our policies.
If there’s anything further we can help you with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’d be very happy to assist you again in the future.
