Floors were lifted carefully due to
*SUSPECTED* mould due to a SMELL not a leak which you would have known if you came to view but you have not so do not falsify information you have never confirmed.

I will reiterate there was no mould nor leak and I had already agreed if assessed properly physically by somebody PRESENT I would either buy new flooring from yourselves which I had a look at in store with ****. or I would accept that there is no further action that could be taken.
Nobody cared to come and have look and assess if refitting of old flooring could be used or new flooring is necessary. So I'm unsurprised at the incorrect inference.
Instead of doubling down on your ignorance, accept fault and take responsibility for this review, and apologise. Your service is poor, and there is no excuse for it. A good company would send someone out to assess the situation before denying someone work, rather than ignoring them, leading them on, and then letting them down. And repeatedly reporting an accurate review.
If it was the case of denying the job because of a leak why did you not agree to fit the upstairs carpet. the refusal is unprofessional and ignorant.
Your branch is disappointing, and you need to work on that. I do not look for problems and have been extremely patient. This is not the first time your customer service has been subpar. If you have time to sit and respond to reviews, then you should also make time to go out and assess your paying customers' jobs individually.
Cold shoulder for weeks until finally refusing over the phone which is common place as I experienced this before from them. Constantly chasing a fitter down with each purchase. Having to call in for refitting due to mistakes and carelessness.

Excellent service and store
A fantastic experience in-store today with John. Extremely knowledgeable and provided on the face of it the precise solution I was looking for. Went with a higher grade of laminate than I had originally planned but never felt any pressure to make a decision over any product in particular. Can't wait for it all to be put in place. A great store - go and take a look!

Lovley big show room but for me I…
Lovley big show room but for me I needed a new carpet I'd looked at other shops but nobody had in what I really wanted . Staff ok . Price wise I choose a top quality carpet but must admit it didn't feel expensive. Top quality underlay too.

Good selection
Good selection, really nice change that sales staff are there to be helpful, but didn’t pounce on you like some other places. When we did need assistance the sales guy was knowledgeable and helpful. Good quality makes & prices too.

Only problem I had was that the date…
Only problem I had was that the date for fitting my carpets floor store asked at the last minute if they could change the date due to someone calling In sick.
But by this time I had put some things outside on my patio which were heavy and I said unfortunately I can’t Get all the stuff back In now as I am a pensioner. So they found someone else and then all good. Not sure of date but spring time 2025
