Initially seemed this Co were really willing to go the extra mile to locate the perfect fit blinds we wanted in cream, however, they had only been fitted less than 6 months when they started to develop problems, the Co were advised of this in April & at the time of writing this revised review in August their only attempt at correcting this was to take 2 stops from the top of the blinds which made no difference only to be then advised by the manufacturer that this should not be done, there was no further contact until the matter was yet again brought to their attention with this Co claiming it had been forgotten about and now despite contacting them via text message on a weekly basis they don't even respond, blinds cost over £5000 & to have developed issues in such a short time is extremely disappointing but to be assured of this Co's best intentions to resolve the matter when in fact they had no intention of doing so is absolutely appalling, the matter has now been referred to Trading Standards.
