What an absolute joke. Order 3 packs of flooring from them. Was given a delivery date of 02/04/2026. Took the day off work to wait in - nothing turned up. Chased customer support who eventually replied saying delivery now arranged for 04/04/2026
Waited in again - no delivery,
Next delivery was arranged for 7th April - again nothing. Called them up they said the contacted courier but couldnt tell me where my delivery was.
Next day - no delivery again so chased at 4pm - was told was still out for delivery but nothing showing
Same thing next told it was out for delivery but once again - nothing
Eventually got the flooring a week late on 09/04/26 only to find that they have sent the wrong flooring. I received the 8mm version of the flooring instead of the 12mm I ordered. Floor monster just wash their hands of everything. They blame the courier, then why still use them - now they blame quickstep for sending the wrong item. I ordered through floormonster - not quick step - stop blaming everyone else and take some responsibility. Still waiting for this mess to be sorted. Had to cancel Carpenter booked in for next week who now cant return for 2 months. I still dont have my order, and no idea how this will now be resolved.

The worst customer service ever .

The worst customer service EVER
First date given no delivery , customer service didn’t know where delivery was new girl in office And could not help ,ma who arranged delivery was on leave another man had to rearrange . As next day delivery and as this was a Friday it would be Tuesday ???!!!
2nd delivery didn’t arrive no communication from anybody we had to make several phone calls to floor monster and delivery company . no response eventually delivered on 1.4 26 after ordering on 22.:3.36 I paid £45 for delivery what an absolute shambles .
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN .
By the way I made a large order some 18 months ago and guess what the same issue with delivery whilst paying *£45 for the privilege . Order from anybody else except Floor monster

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you were disappointed, and I’d like to clarify the events.
Your order of the 2 packs was placed on 22nd March, and we arranged delivery for Friday, 27th at your request. When you called on Friday, we learned the haulier couldn’t track your order. As it was late in the day, the earliest we could resend items was Monday for Tuesday delivery.
We didn’t hear from you on Tuesday, but when you contacted us on Wednesday, we immediately chased the haulier. They informed us of a major M60 closure due to an accident that had delayed deliveries the previous day — information they had not passed on to us. We updated you within 10–20 minutes of receiving this, and the delivery, as stated, was completed on Wednesday.
Unfortunately, we can not see the multiple calls mentioned or the lack of communication, as all calls received were responded to promptly at each stage with the information available. That said, we understand how frustrating courier delays can be and are raising this with the haulier to improve communication.

Excellent company easy to order online, friendly helpful communications, good communication about delivery, driver was very helpful although lorry was too big to get down lane. I would use this company again

Unfortunately they sell floor which on website is in stock but in reality isn't. One week after my order I didn't receive any information. I sent an email and then they informed me that my floor is out of stock and they will have it in stock the week after. I agreed to change it for different one. I ordered also 8 x 2.4m Scotia boards, but they sent me 10 x 1m length offcuts. I sent complaint via e-mail but I didn't receive any answer until today.

Left to pay workers for their mistake

Firstly delivered the wrong items and although they did pick it up and deliver the right items promptly they refused to give any goodwill gesture leaving me to pay the workmen I got in to fit the floor. When they delivered the right items the threshold bar was bent beyond use, I won’t be using this company again and don’t recommend anyone does!

Unfortunately, the doorbar on the pallet was bent in transit, which has already been refunded, we tried to minimise the disruption as best we could once the error was identified

Floor Monster is a fraud company

Floor Monster is a fraud company. 3 class products, damaged. They have wrong website description. I bought light grey lamination flooring and received light brown. Paid 2 x for delivery, very poor delivery service, very poor quality products and very poor customer service. I will not recomend to anyone.

Beware of phoning this company

The initial sales person was Jack who was very helpful and sent out the samples we required promptly. The second time we called we spoke to a different sales person who kept us talking for quite a long time - in fact until we were cut off.
Until then I was not aware that the number I had called was a premium number and was costing me money. Fortunately I have a cap on additional spend, but nevertheless I am £20 out of pocket.
The number was advertised in a banner at the top of the homepage saying “call us on this number” with no warning that it was in fact an expensive premium number.
I cannot therefore recommend this company and I will be looking elsewhere for my flooring.

Terrible - Would Never Use Again

Ordered and paid for a sample, but never received it. Terrible customer care and clearly no interest in making a sale. Avoid at all costs.
