Excellent product- swift delivery - good price and great help from staff before buying online. Very happy

I was a bit sceptical at first as I’d never heard of Flooring Hut but they had the carpet colour I wanted (which no one else seemed to do) and I saw the great reviews, so I thought I’d give them a go.

The service was excellent, I was updated regularly regarding my delivery and contact was easy with quick responses. Highly recommend.

My order for underlay was completed within a short time frame. The delivery was next day and the driver was very helpful in assisting me to take the roll into the house. Thank you for a great service.

Easy to order, well detailed info on website, quick delivery (faster than expected), no problem whatsoever and cheaper than any where else. Very happy with the whole thing.

I suppose when you have a lot of good reviews you can afford to not to address your customer's complaints.

As discussed over the phone, the carpets were left in the garden and due to the poor packaging they are now full of water.

The driver did not mention that this was the carpets delivery. Also, I was not given the chance to check the state of the carpets at the delivery.

Polite over the phone but with no genuine interest to resolve this. Not even providing a piece of advice as what to do with the wet carpet etc
