I have dealt with this company for over 40 yrs and can honestly say never had any issues with them ever, my issue is with this zeezoo, I’ve done at least 20 odd jobs in it even installed it in my own home on 9mm ply all so on screeded floors that are bang on level on numerous jobs and every single one I’ve had issues with months down the line ? Not one or two but every job, they did call out to one job and I excepted there was a issue with the subfloor on that one but as I’ve said it’s every single job I’ve done in it, problems I’ve had mainly are the edges break off and this has happened on all the jobs we’ve done, I get that it’s easy to blame installation error as the fitters are not there to defend themselves at the time of inspection, but that parr for the course in the flooring game, like I’ve said no problem with dealing with the supplier but I do question the product, it’s cost me a lot of money replacing these lvt floors, when looking at all these complaints we can’t all be wrong ???

The best customer service I've received in a long time. I had been hunting down a specific criteria of vinyl and colour and Flooring UK had it. However I was uncertain how I'd finish the vinyl going onto a lip of a step. They gave me a fab recommendation for 'bendy bulls' which will give it a great finish and I wouldn't have found without their amazing customer service. They went above and beyond and delivery even come early. Thank you guys keep up the great work!

Great price and prompt delivery. Unfortunately 1 box was damaged only noticed on starting fitting. Contacted them no problem and replacement box arrived free of charge. Easy to deal with good service and good price

I’ve used this retailer for over a decade. Very professional flooring supplier which has its heritage as a family business. Used them for all of our flooring needs including J2 flooring (great product) and most recently they supplied artificial turf. Staff are really nice (including Ste the owner) - they really care about customers and their projects. Highly recommended.

We’ve had the floor down now for about 2 months and the quality is fabulous the finish looks very expensive and still really happy! The fitting was very complex as the flooring has a stone core but with the right fitting you’ll get the best results.

I am rating 5 stars for the time being as everything had a been a breeze so far! Made a large order on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. The flooring seems unreal quality with built in underlay, the delivery man was an angel, hopefully I can update once the floor has gone down! Thank you 😊

Ordered on Sunday next day bank holiday Monday arrived Wednesday absolutely brilliant service.
Product was easy to fit 2 hours to floor new conservatory.
Price was great probably 25% cheaper than others.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS !!!!

I've bought from this site 3 times, 2 of the products have been fine but my large order or of 100sq which has been installed on all the ground floor to the exact instructions as per flooring uk's site has started to fail terribly. They asked me questions and for pictures to which i responded with everything they asked for. they then tried to say i have to pay £350 for someone to inspect the floor.

i have been installing RIGID CORE CLICK VINYL FLOORING for many years now and know when a product is faulty, they wont take any responsibility for their faulty products and keep trying to fob me off.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS

Very competitive prices plus free next day delivery. Courier damaged the corner of a laminate pack. Rang customer services who were very helpful and friendly and despatched a replacement pack that was delivered next day at no cost to me.
I rarely post customer reviews but I was very impressed and wanted the company given due credit

The second time buy SPC flooring from them, always good packing, high quality and fast delivery. especially this time my project in Christmas time. not a big project, but they still can delivery it in the third days by DHL. it's a crazy company-_-

Verbally Attacked by owner, as we parked outside the shop. We advised we were delivering to the premises next door and wouldn’t be long. wouldn’t step foot in the place after the way he spoke to me.
Narcissistic is the only word to describe.

Sourced more Polyfor luxury vinyl online from this company. Best price I could find. Delivered within a few days. Adele at customer service was very helpful with my enquiries. I would order direct from them again with no hesitation.

Excellent service and managed to supply flooring that others said was no longer available. All was delivered within 3 days of ordering and will use again.

Ordered LVT with underlay had it fitted by the joiner who does all my work for me and never had a problem with any work he has done for me before.
My kitchen fitters came in and started fitting the kitchen, within a week the laminate started raising and coming apart only in the area where there was foot fall. kitchen joiner who also does flooring checked it over and clearly said the laminate is no good.
pictures sent over and after following it up on numerous occasions was only told it's a floating floor and the kitchen shouldn't be fitted on top, the floor may not be level, was questioned about space left for expansion explained there was plenty of expansion room left. In the end my fitter got the blame that he had not fitted it properly and that we shouldn't have fitted the kitchen on top.

I would highly recommend this company. We got the samples on good time to make our decision. The flooring came promptly and even when there was an issue with the order Kate Neary dealt with it swiftly and with no bother or argument. She’s an asset to the company in the way she dealt with things when they don’t go to plan kudos to you Kate.

Ordered some coir matting cut to size. Excellent value, quality and great service, arriving 3 days later.

Ordered some spc flooring From these. Delivery very fast. Once the floor was laid it came to light the quality of the product. Shockingly poor. Emailed company & tried phoning to no response. Apparently the floor has lifetime warranty, of it lasts the year I'll be astonished. Extremely poor quality & customer service.

Terrible quality flooring. Awful customer service. No response to any email communication. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
