Fitter was great and worked hard for two days.
Unfortunately, forgot to check the door fitting of one of the doors and it rubs on the floor.
Have not been able to arrange a time for him to come back as it was the bank holiday, but he is aware of the issue.

The manager connor was friendly but he didnt measure a few of the rooms properly and was about 4 inches off the bedroom carpet we had to get a refund we were disappointed, but apart from that, the carpet was really comfortable

Nothing was too much trouble. Great service in store, went back many times as we couldn't make our minds up. Always made welcome and plenty of help and support. Delivery and fitting on time. The fitting was perfect, Luke and Sarah were quick, cleaning up all the time and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Engineering wood for lounge floor
We were a little apphensive about ordering from floor giants due to some bad reviews.
However, apart from a communication issue between the shop and fitters the first day everything else went well. The fitters Keith and Luke did a fantastic job even when an obstacle occured and we had to have the floor scredded before the floor could be laid. Keith kept in touch and managed to sort someone to do the work at a reasonable price. The work was first class and we were really pleased with the end result. We are now going to have the dining room done in the same flooring.
