We had over 2000 square feet of Flooret professionally installed about a year ago. It has already lifted in three places. No liquid has ever been spilled on it. It looks like the product separated. I see nowhere in their product warranty, even though they claim it's lifetime, where they will take responsibility for this. Do not buy this product!

I have two very active Border Collies who play like WWF wrestling on the floor. Zero damage. Love this flooring!

Ordering Floors was an ease. Customer service was great, very responsive over chat, no more calls or waiting lines, no delays. Floor looked great after install. A very satisfying event was post delivery when some shipments were hurt and damaged to which Customer support promptly replaced them clearing my worries. I would definitely recommend Flooret to ones looking for new floors with great customer service.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Flooret. Their flooring is beautiful and anytime I have had a question their Customer Service is excellent. (Especially Florian) I highly recommend them if you are in the market for new flooring.

Installed Brenwick Craftsman on my main living area, and used Brenwick Base in upstairs bedrooms. Both are beautiful and there was virtually no waste. My installer really liked working with both styles of Flooret. Since virtually no waste, I do have too much left over. I contacted Flooret, and returns are no problem.

This company is not truthful. They boast their "green" status regarding manufacturing and sustainability, however, I stopped by their warehouse in WA and I witnessed the employees throwing recyclables in a large bin marked "trash only." Coke cans, plastic drink bottles, etc. Total scam.

Starting from Trustpilot I thought I would check out the flooret web store. Found the floor visualizer (great idea), took picts. Every upload complains 'make floor more visible' and is broken. Two of my picts have much more floor showing than theirs do!

We purchased about 1000’ of the Nakan wide plank floors last fall and we couldn’t be happier. The flooring and trim pieces arrived in great shape (it took some time, but that was expected).
In January of this year, we hired builders to lay the flooring down on the plywood sub floor. They added a layer of Corelux underlayment, just as a precaution to keep our dog’s toenails as quiet as possible. We re-did our kitchen, living/dining rooms and both baths and master bedroom in the Nakan Signature and the floors are just perfect. They are resilient, beautiful, clean easily and the best surprise, they are soft underfoot!
I love the wide planks; they are classic, flow beautifully and add a special feel to our home.
We will be buying more to finish off two more rooms. Thank you!!

I purchased Flooret flooring a couple years ago, and I love it way more than I expected! I am finishing out the downstairs now, and one day I hope to put it upstairs as well. I had a glitch with my recent order, and so far they have been very helpful and said they would take care of it. I highly recommend this flooring.

Haven't bought the products yet but they have incredible customer care and I love their Story.

The product is great! We are updating a house we bought and there has been a great deal of traffic. Ladders, painting, plumbers, movers, etc. A quick mop and all is as good as new. Really!!
Also, you couldn't ask for friendlier, helpful customer support. I wanted to return 3 boxes, no questions were asked, and I received an email explaining how to return the merchandise. That's it!

The product is amazing. I love our new floors. Installation wasn’t too difficult. However, working around door jambs proved to be tricky. Normal traffic has resulted in no scratching. But note moving the fridge made some considerable gauges twice. Be careful with very large items. Otherwise, it’s standing up to my big Akita and three boys just fine.

I easily returned product with the manufacturer’s shipping and it was seamless process. Overall pleased!

Highly Recommend Flooret. Professional installer in central Florida area. We have done several floors now and customer service is always phenomenal. Great wear layer and flooring delivers high value. Their click mechanisms are a bit more fragile than some other high end LVP on the market but as long as carefully and properly installed you will have a long lasting problem free floor. We continue to push Modin Signature & Craftsman series as are first pick to our customers especially those who are looking for the best value for their hard earned money. Keep up the great work!
