A few of your items were out of stock, now all parts are here we will get it sent to you next day free of charge and refund the delivery cost off your original order. Sorry that you have had to wait. Any further problems then just give us a call.
Sold very old stock (OOD) and no replies to emails.
Ordered some Rubio Monocoat. Good price and quick delivery. But the product was a very old version. Spoke to Rubio themselves who said they were surprised anyone still had stock of this as it has been revised twice and is years old.
No response from emails asking for an explanation or solution.

Max, We have tried calling you but have not been able to get hold of you. We have sent you an email with information from Monocoat UK. Some of the colours that we have in stock are an older version of the same product. However this does not affect the product in any way at all and the oil when unopened almost has a indefinite shelf life. If you are still unhappy with any un-opened products purchased then please return for a full refund.
Good products, good prices, poor packaging.
Happy with the price and the speed of delivery, when the two tins arrived they were both very badly dented, the packaging was ripped. not enough tape or protection.
no spills so didnt return them but it was for a client and it looks like they fell off the back of a lorry.

Thanks for the feedback, all smaller items are packed with enough protection to get the goods to the customer in a usable condition. However with tins it is the case that they might get dented in transit, should any leak out then just call us and we can send replacements. We will also try adding extra padding from now on.

Karen, Sorry that the goods took longer than expected to arrive. As we sell such a wide range of products it is almoat impossible for all of them to in stock all of the time. We did speak on the phone and we arranged to get the goods delivered on the 24th May as it was being fitted over the following weekend.

Delivered what we expected, phoned to enquire a couple of times, both pre and post sales, always very helpful and friendly. Good prices too.

Good company with a lot of choice
I have bought various items from Floor Choice a couple of times now and have found them to have the best prices around with a great variety of products to choose from. Delivery was very quick on both occasions and the customer services people were helpful when I rang them. Certainly on my favourites list.

Great service and a really friendly team!
Have already recommended them and will be using again items were delivered on the predicted day and driver helpfully bought them in for my wife who would of struggled with that and a toddler otherwise.
