I just completed an order of LVT. After searching numerous websites we stumbled upon this company. Richard was exemplary from the initial phone call itself. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the one we wanted, however, Richard was prompt in showing us the various options. After much deliberation, we are happy with the selection we made. The sales process was supported all the way through and pleasant dealings have helped us gain a discount as well. Aftersales support to expedite the delivery was excellent. I highly recommend floorbay. I was a little apprehensive buying online from a website I had never heard of, especially when spending several thousand pounds on karndean. From initial contact via email, Mike was extremely helpful, delivery was made within the week of the order being placed.

After buying our flooring about a year ago from a different flooring company for an extension that got delayed, we were finally ready to pick it up.
However, when I collected our flooring, it turns out that the company we used has totally messed up the quanity of part of our order. Apparently no matter what they did, they couldn't get enough supply to us in time for the floor fitter to install.
This is where floorbay come into play. After a frantic Google search and countless dead ends I came across floorbay and gave them a ring. I am so glad I did. I spoke to Matt who was outstanding. After explaining the situation Matt was absolutely awesome. He couldn't do enough for me. Not only was he able to source exactly what I needed, he ensured I recieved it straight away. No other company said I would get the supplies within less than a week! Matt got it to me on Saturday, when ordered Thursday afternoon!
Absolutely top draw customer service.
How I wish I found these a year ago!

I needed one pack of flooring for my bathroom to match the en-suite. It had been discontinued since the en-suite was laid but Floorbay managed to find me one pack which unfortunately when delivered was damaged beyond use. I rang them and they apologised and asked for photos, they got back to me the next day and had found another pack which was delivered within a day, all OK. The service was brilliant, they went the extra mile to find the flooring and there were no issues in replacing it. Thank you floorbay.

From our first enquiry to delivery everyone has been very helpful, but Richard went above and beyond to assist with our many questions. His advice was sound and honest, he couldn't do enough for us, even offering to speak with our fitter should he need assistance. We had an issue with one pack of flooring being damaged on arrival but after speaking with Richard a replacement arrived the next day. I thoroughly recommend Floorbay and would give them more stars if I could

I used Floorbay to supply my vinyl click flooring. The service was excellent and the product was fabulous. I ordered more flooring so now my whole ground floor is fitted with vinyl click.

I would just like to thank Richard at Floorbay. A great experience of knowledge passed to me before ordering. The price for Invictus flooring I ordered was very competitive, in fact I could not find it cheaper anywhere. The finished job has transformed all of our house downstairs.
