The toys (chase buddy) received are smaller than the one shown on their various videos and photos. Delivery took 27 days. .Their refund policy is 30 days from order date so you only have a short time to request, but our request for a refund went unanswered.

NOT for the real chewers unfortunately! We were so looking forward to our dog being able to play with the "chase buddy." I knew as soon as I saw & opened the box it wouldn't last, but we gave it "the benefit of the doubt." This product is great for small dogs, but definitely not for bigger dogs that may try to bite down on it. Destroyed in 2 minutes & left disappointed. Great design, if it actually was more solid to withstand bigger or stronger dogs teeth. They conveniently white out the section where you can leave a review on their official website. Save your money folks. The Aussie Dog Staffy Ball for outside is the way to go! Lasts a lifetime.

Do not order merchandise from this company. It takes forever to arrive, won't allow you to cancel orders that take too long, and won't respond when you request return instructions or how to get the "30 day money back guarantee."

The item ordered was inadquate, and was returned for refund with the tracking number as requested. I have heard nothing since, which was 3 weeks ago, and they cannot be contacted.

Dog chewed it up in less than 5 minutes. I have tried contacting the company several times and have not received response.

Do not use this website! I ordered toys a month ago and used express shipping. I reached out to customer service and got all response that said they were working on the order. I reached out a couple more times with no response. The shop app that they have you track the shipping still shows up and nothing. I asked for a refund and they told me thats against policy and then stopped responding. I am chalking it up as I got scammed for $100. Do not use this site!!

Scam. Be warned. Do not buy. Cheap products well advertised but poorly constructed and dangerous. Using fake reviews on their webpage. Just look at the reviews on here and on Shop app.

I saw the Chase Buddy advertised on Instagram and ordered a buy one get one free deal. After three weeks of no contact and no tracking information, I requested a refund. They answered my email and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. An email from JS Express with tracking information showed up and they claim it was delivered. The tracking site tries to download things on your computer and there is no number to call for assistance. The seller is in Australia and even if you do receive a Chase Buddy, if it is damaged, you have to ship it back to Australia to get a refund. They claim the item was shipped and delivered to my local United States Postal Service Office and then delivered to me. I have a ring camera and so does my neighbor. My apartment complex also have cameras on our mailboxes. Nothing was delivered. I requested a refund, they claim it is the couriers fault, I have to contact the courier who has a Chinese phone number. I go to the post office and talk to my mailman and confirm that the tracking information is not a USPS tracking number and if they can not produce that tracking information, it was not delivered by the USPS. I disputed my purchase with PayPal and initially, they sided with the seller because they provided "tracking" information. Once I spoke with a real human agent, they confirmed that I was due a refund because I did not receive a product within 30 days of ordering it. The United States Federal Trade Commission requires online sellers to either provide a refund or work with the courier directly to ensure delivery if no product is received after 30 days. It is not worth the headache.

Gutted I didn't look at reviews first. Cheap made rubbish. All three toys were broken within days. Massive avoid. I got suckered in by good advert but as soon as you see the white boxes they come in you know it's cheap. And that proved to be true

Worst experience ever!!! After paying extra for express delivery, my items had not even been dispatched 2 and a half weeks later. Then delivery was made to wrong address and no responsibility was accepted. They blamed the courier, and told me i had to contact them my self. After doing this, i found the package was delivered as per labelled delivery address. I reached out again and they said they take no responsibility for incorrectly addressed items and refused to resend or refund my items. I am extremely disgusted with this company and their customer service. Very unprofessional 😡

My dog was terrified of this toy but that’s not my complaint. I asked the company how to return the item. The email I got back asked me to return it and then refund me after I sent them a tracking number. First red flag then the biggest one of all, send it to Botany, NSW, Australia! Are you having a laugh? Send this from Northern Ireland to Australia!! I hate Jeff Bezos but at least Amazon is in the same hemisphere. I threw it in the garbage.

Total scam!!! Buyers beware the items you order won't arrive and they give you some bogus tracking information. Won't return money...Bought on Facebook! Never buying on Facebook again!

Overpriced product. Purchased a “chase buddy” from them. Was 2 for $69. Saw some solid reviews.
Realised after purchasing that the exact same product is on other sites for $10 each. Cheap rubbish that my dog doesn’t even acknowledge.
Don’t trust this place

Don't believe the Facebook advert. Total rubbish. My dogs were petrified. Cheap. Pointless. Tried to return. Returns are to Australia!
Don't waste your money.

Facebook ad suckered me in. Looked good, but they are the same products you see that are cheap and made in China. Their black friday "sale" was like 2 for $70, when you can get online for like 20 each.
Would have rather spent the money on a chuck-it ball or a kong

The dog toy was completely unfit for purpose and was destroyed within seconds. When I contacted them about their money back guarantee they gave me a return address of a drop locker in Australia with postage costing a similar amount to the items. The website appears to have reviews designed to look like trustpilot. I’m giving one star as they were at least polite and responsive on email.
