Breach of guidelines
It's been 2 days
It's been 2 days, They've not dispatched the products and telling us your products will be delivered after 12 days from the order date I.e., 16/07/2025. And the expected delivery date they've mentioned is 28th July 2025. It's pathetic service. They have mentioned like 6-7 business working days, but I'm not feeling they're responsible for the customers. When I asked for products tracking links , they didn't send and telling after dispatch the details will come to you. I'm unhappy with their service.

Worst company with worst customer service. I ordered a mattress after looking at they ratings (didnt know that they were fake then) and waited and waited for weeks for the delivery which never happened. Being fed up, i asked them to cancel the order and give a refund. Believe me, they took more than a month after the cancellation request with more than 20 follow-ups to even initiate the refund. The customer care agent was also rude while talking. Never had this much issue with one company.

Huge let down in service
I purchased the Flo Anti-Gravity Mattress (72x30 inches) but found it significantly firmer than expected after a few days of use. As a result, I decided to initiate a return. However, the return process turned out to be highly frustrating and inefficient.
The delivery partner failed to contact me or attempt a pickup on the scheduled date, as well as the following day. There was no proactive communication or effort to resolve the delay. After much inconvenience, the pickup was finally completed, but what followed was even more concerning—the refund process.
Despite the company's website clearly stating that refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days, mine took a staggering 30 days. I had to send multiple emails, repeatedly requesting updates, yet the company showed a complete lack of urgency or responsibility in processing the refund. It was only on the 30th day that I finally received my money.
This experience raises serious concerns about Flo’s customer service standards and reliability. If a simple refund process—where the company is obligated to return a customer’s money—can be this inefficient and delayed, one can only imagine how they would handle their 10-year warranty claims. Will they even acknowledge customers years down the line?
I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from Flo. Customer service is just as important as the product itself, and my experience has shown that this company falls short in delivering a seamless and trustworthy post-purchase experience. I cannot recommend this brand, given their lack of accountability and poor service.

I placed an order on the Flo Mattress website on January 29th, 2025, expecting timely delivery. However, even after 12 days, my order was not delivered. I called their customer support multiple times, and each time I was assured that the order would be delivered soon. Despite their promises, the product never arrived, and I had no choice but to cancel the order in frustration.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. Lack of communication, false assurances, and poor logistics made the entire process frustrating. I was looking forward to trying their product, but their failure to deliver and honor commitments has left a negative impression.
If you are considering ordering from Flo Mattress, I would recommend double-checking their delivery timelines and customer service responsiveness before making a purchase.

Pathetic Communication and not accountable to customers
I bought a mattress in July 2024 and have communicated with the Flo Mattress escalation team since August 2024. The process is still ongoing, and there has been no resolution.
I wanted to replace my mattress, which I could not do, and their replacement period of 100 days is already done. My wife was lured in with some vouchers, which she rated high on their website. This is another wrong thing to do, which I unfortunately could not reverse. The funny thing is the voucher has not yet been shared after the review.
People can take a chance with them and get lucky that their product is fine. If, unfortunately, there is any issue with your product, it will not be resolved soon.

I had one of the worst experiences with this flu matress customer care. Every time I called, all I got was the same scripted response: “Your issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours.” This wasn’t just a one-time thing; it happened every single time I reached out.
I placed an order for a mattress on October 3rd at 9 AM. It’s now October 13th, and my order hasn’t even been dispatched yet! Every time I called to check the status, I was put on hold for at least five minutes, only to be told the same thing—that I’d have to wait another 24 to 48 hours.
I’ve been patient, calling back with a 48-hour gap each time, but the outcome never changes. It’s like talking to a wall that only knows one phrase! This isn’t just poor service; it’s outright frustrating and disrespectful to customers. I deeply regret ordering from them, and I strongly urge anyone considering this brand to think twice. Save yourself the headache—look elsewhere!

Wrong claim of 4-7 day delivery
Looks like similar issue with multiple customers.
I ordered one mattress earlier in 2019 or 2020 and that, was still a good experience but this time, already the shipping has been delayed by more than a week. I called after 5 days and learned it takes 1 or 2 days for production and it has been delayed in production and was still not ready.
Finally, it was shipped after 7 full days, and again it's showing 7 more days for delivery.
Either change your claim to deliver in 4-7 days or rectify your process.
I am really pissed with the team as people plan things according to the delivery dates and also order things and plan things according to the delivery dates. One product delays, and it delays all other plans.

Ordered a custom sized matress on 19th January. Hoping it would be delivered within atleast 10 days....Waited for 10 days. Order has not shipped yet...Called them they said wait for 1 week. Called them after Week because order had not shipped. They said it will be shipped next day. Called them 2 days later and became angry and asked for refund. They apologised and was not letting me cancel the order. They told me it would be shipped within 2 days for sure. Finally it was shipped on 9th February . When I looked at the order status page. I had originally ordered 72 x 76. But the order status page showed it was 72 x 78. Called them. They told me they accidentally sent wrong size and told me to reject delivery. I rejected delivery and it was returned to them on 17th February. Called them...They told it would be new one would be shipped within 4 days. Now it's been one week (23rd February) still not shipped yet.....I am done. I don't even know what to do with these people. So many people on mouthshut have said that they will not refund the money....I hope the same don't happen to me.
