Works well and customer service is top notch.

We love our Flologic system! An earlier version had some issues but Flologic stuck with it even past warranty and did everything possible to make sure we were happy. It has been several years now and we haven't had a single issue with the newer version. We recommend this system to everyone and all of our neighbors who have it have been extremely pleased with no issues whatsoever. It really gives us peace of mind.

This is a very well designed product for whole home water detection. Very customizable and adaptable to many configurations of water usage in the home. My only request is to speed up the development of the wifi connected device so that the system can be managed remotely when needed.

An easy-to-use product that prevents a costly loss. Can't recommend it enough.

It gives me peace of mind that we won't likely have water damage from broken water lines while away from home.

Easy to understand and install. I didn't need most of the extra features, like automatic disabling for a planned water usage. (i.e. water conditioner, auto lawn watering...etc.) Easy to turn whole house off when I'm not there. Hasn't detected any leaks so far.

No problems, great product. A bit expensive to get installed. (But compared to the expense involved due to a major leak...) The only problem is it cuts me off when I water the garden for a good while.

The product works well and the first time I contacted the company (through email) I was immediately called to try and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, my issue is it works too well. It turns the water off 5-15 times a week. After following all the logical problems it was determined that it is a problem with install -- too close to the water softener -- and so either needs a plumber to add something to the install or it needs to be moved.

This is a great product to not only protect you home but SAVE YOU MONEY. We installed it when we built our house 10 years ago. There is no telling how much water from running toilets has been saved by this device.

We just bought a new home and immediately installed a flologic system like we had in our last home. It makes no sense to me that the electrical wiring has circuit breaker protection but the water system has no provisions to detect failures and prevent damage. The flologic system protects the homeowner from the substantial damage that can occur if there is a water leak. We've only lived in our 1992 home for 3 years now and three of our neighbors have had water leaks during that time. The worst one was due to a water heater rupture that occurred when the neighbor was on vacation. The damage and disruption to the neighbor's life with substantial.

The flologic system is one of the most reliable and well-built instruments I've ever purchased. It provides peace of mind and can be quite handy when diagnosing things like a leaky toilet valve. Small water leaks like this, even though they may not damage your house can really run up your water bill. I recommend the flologic system without hesitation based on my 10 years experience with two of them.

The product works as advertized and when I have had a problem they are very helpful over the phone correcting my errors.

i LOVE THIS DEVICE. It works just as it is supposed to. We have had some operator errors ... but the customer service is second to none. They are patient and knowledgeable. I will never be without this device. My insurance agent recommended it b/c she said that the number 1 reason for claims in new homes is water leaks. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!

The Flologic water monitor that I installed in my home has preformed well. I am pleased that I installed the unit. It gives my wife and I comfort knowing that our home is being monitored while we are away. The only issue I have is that when the furnace humidifier is running it can trigger the alarm and a shut down, which is actually a good sign that the is working properly. I need to reroute the humidified line.

No problems, it is good to know that no water accidents will occur when we are away. The system was easy to install and worked as expected. our evaporative cooling system had to be excluded since water usage may go on more than the time limits we have stablished

Great company and great product. Had some hard water problems and Mr.De Smet was all over the solution, sending me new parts and impellers. All is working well now.

Wish there was a way to suspend the FloLogic during the softener back wash cycle. But other than that the device has helped us find bad valves and faucets too.

Great product idea, I wish Flologic all the success it deserves.

Flologic is a great tool. It works and gives us peace of mind. I recommend to family and friends. We also get a reduction on our home insurance.

System has worked well over several years. Only issue has been backup battery which gor depleted during a power outage and had to be replaced. Hard finding an exact replacement.
