The screen protector is fantastic, lifetime warranty is great, and customer support is very quick to respond and helpful. So easy to put the screen protector on and it is very clean and protective, love this brand and will continue to use it.
I have the 3D edge screen protector. The fit is great but it scatches so easily. Not recommended if you hate scratches.

I recently purchased one of your cases, and I wanted to share my thoughts.
Firstly, I absolutely love the design. It’s sleek, feels very sturdy, and fits perfectly without any play. The case feels great in the hand, and I was initially very impressed with the overall quality.
However, I have been quite disappointed by how easily the back of the case gets scratched. Despite being a very careful user—I never mix my phone with keys or other items that could cause scratches—the back has accumulated scratches from day one. Strangely, this issue is only with the back, which makes me think the material might be prone to scratching.
If the case were made from a more scratch-resistant material, it would easily deserve a 5+ rating from me. I hope you’ll consider this feedback for future improvements, as I would love to recommend your cases wholeheartedly.

Absolutely the best screen protector!! It’s super easy to install, excellent edge to edge coverage, offers great privacy and comes well packaged and delivered within a few days.
Best screen protectors on market. Best edge to edge there is with an anti reflective coating and also no rainbow effect if wearing glasses. Best yet is they will replace for free for the lifetime of the phone if it breaks
My experience with this company began with a screen protector for iPhone 16 Pro. To make sure that I get what I really want, I even contacted the support and specified what exactly I expect of a product (smooth and rounded edges). After a very convincing confirmation from the support, I placed my order and got the product.
In the course of time, I observed that the product had multiple disadvantages, of which I wanted to inform other users along the advantages and neutral points w.r.t. the product. My review was a long-time experience review with constructive points and gave the product three stars. I did it over the form that was sent to me via email by Flolab. After publishing a review, I saw a couple of days later that my review did not appear on the website, on which only four- and five-star reviews can be found (in the meantime, I saw one two-star review appearing that was deleted in just one day...hm...). Other (more recent) reviews kept appearing, but mine was not to be seen.
Ok, one more try: I submitted a (again a constructive three-star) review over the form on the website specifying the order number for the purchase verification purposes... Again, my review did not appear.
I contacted the support and asked for the clarification of the reason for my review not being published. ...As a reply I got a text, in which it was clear that my reviews had been seen by the support before (the points were addressed that had been mentioned only in the review, but not in my email to the support) and I was offered (!) 50% discount for the next improved version of the screen protector. REALLY? Do I get to be a beta tester for an overpriced product with a discount for silencing my review?
This is a one-star review here, because:
a) original product review had three stars
b) one star less for the fact that Flolab censors reviews on their website and is basically lying
c) one star less for the fact that Flolab has the audacity to blatantly disregard the point that it does not want to publish my review and to offer a 50% discount on the next product, so that I accept not being heard
P.S. If you really want to know what people think of the products from Flolab, you'd better take a look at the reviews at amazon. Moreover, some of very favorable reviews here come from the users that reviewed only Flolab products. Sometimes even more than once. Sometimes even with an interval of a couple of weeks or months. Coincidence? After my experience, I just don't think so...
We bought their screen protectors last year for when our current one at the time went out. We finally get to using them and they were horrible. Didn't fit on the phone right, screen protector kept coming up and bubbles everywhere.i reached out to them 3 times about replacing them because they have lifetime warranties on them and to my surprise silence... I understand it's the holiday season and everyone is busy but damn at least acknowledge that you have received my emails. Will not shop or tell others to shop with this company

flolab screen protector and camera lens cover BOTH scratched in first few weeks. Contacted customer service which has taken weeks for them to only offer to replace the item if I pay for shipping and handling again to replace their faulty product. Customer service then ghosted me. No phone number to call that I can find. Avoid this company!!
I have done everything recommended to fix the bubbles issue in the screen protector. Doesn't seem like working. Also, it smudges very easily. I am not sure if that is a new thing or old issue. They should fix these. I am just going to take the
i bought the screen protetor and a clear back cover, the screen protector is great but the cover got all scratched in like 3 days, when i tried to leave a review i couldn't and i still can't.
as a matter of fact, you can only leave 5/4 stars rewiew or they wont make it public.
when i write to them about the problem they offered me a discount on a new cover and then a repleacement.

Very, very impressed with this screen protector, especially with the .7mm border update. Installation was very easy, with the end result of zero dust and zero bubbles. Note that I did need to work for about 5 minutes to remove the initial bubbles using a combination of the provided squeegee and my fingers.
The surface is smooth as silk, the edges are nicely rounded, and the anti-glare properties are outstanding. No issues with responsiveness whatsoever.
Regarding the .7mm border, there still is an ever so slight overlap, but this does not bother me. Other reviews refer to the camera test to examine the 4 corners of the picture frame and the camera button selection icons, but for me, I do see all 4 corners yet there is a slight overlap over the icons, perhaps only a pixel or 2 in width. Nevertheless, this does not detract from me giving this product 5 stars.
I can recommend the the NanoArmour 3 screen protector from Flolab to all smartphone owners. It has been protecting my Google Pixel 8 Pro for over a year. And now also the Pixel 9 Pro of my girlfriend, including the rear optics (just frame). I am especially grateful that it saved my phone's display when it fell out of my pocket on the concrete during the run. The protector broke in the corner but the display escaped completely unscathed :-). I then took advantage of the lifetime warranty and got another 2pcs free basically just for shipping.
Customer service is horrible. Trying to get warranty replacement on screen protector. Followed instructions online, never heard back so after a week tried again. Still nothing so emailed customer service. Two days later got response asking for exactly what was already sent in. Sent them what they asked for, no response 3 days later. Will stick with the cheap protectors on Amazon from now on.
Flolab has AMAZING customer service and great phone cases! I had a problem and needed assistance, and Flolab customer service replied in a timely, professional, and very kind way. I am so impressed!! The phone cases we bought are sturdy and well-made, and they are doing a great job protecting our new phones.
I emailed them on my order status and it has been 3 days since I ordered it and it still hasn’t been processed and no response from them on it can they please get back to me
I bought a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, which didn't work with the fingerprint scanner. I tried the proposed solutions but nothing. They offered me a replacement (shipping not included) when contacted but didn't explain when asked why the same product will solve the problem, so I didn't proceed with the replacement. When I tried to post a negative review with my experience in their site, it says that has been submitted, but the review was never posted. They have only 5-star reviews for the exact product, which means either I am the most unlucky person which dealt with two defective products (two screen protectors are included, tried both) or the integrity of their reviews is questionable.
Customer service does not respond unless you make a complaint here about lack of response. The product is fine enough, but we also have new phones with screen protectors from Spigen, I’m not sure one is better. Warranty was honored after complaint here. three stars because they honored the warranty, not five because there’s just no easy way to deal with these guys. Once we update this phone, I’m pretty sure we will be selecting a different company screen protector. Not because others are better, just because I don’t want to reward companies that give me grief.
