I placed an order with FLOLAB for a phone case, a NanoArmor Screen Protector & a camera lens protector for my iPhone 16 Pro Max.

The first problem I encountered happened with not being able to track my delivery and it taking ages to arrive.

Once the delivery arrived, I installed the screen protector, which went on well, I had an issue with a small line at the top not sticking properly once the phone case was on but it didn’t hinder the screen, just looked unsightly.

Cue 7 days of having the screen protector on my phone, my phone dropped from my coffee table onto a carpeted floor, face down. This happens often and I wasn’t worried about anything happening to my phone or screen protector. So imagine my horror and surprise when the screen protector was cracked at multiple points. I have had cheap 3 for £8 screen protectors which have been perfectly intact after such falls/drops, so for a product that is £31 for one and marketed as the best drop protection for your phone guaranteed, to basically be rendered unusable after the most insignificant drop was appalling and unacceptable.

So I removed the screen protector (which caused the cracks to spread), took a picture and wrote to FLOLAB, explaining what had happened and how I was completely unsatisfied with the quality of the product and how it was falsely advertised as the best protection guaranteed. I didn’t have faith in a replacement and that I would prefer a refund.

FLOLAB or should I say JESSIE, came back saying that the screen protector had done it’s job and that they will send out a replacement screen protector under the warranty for a shipping fee of £8. I had literally just spent a fortune with them and paid for shipping and if I was going to have to pay shipping everytime I needed a replacement, I would seriously be out of pocket. I could just buy 3 protectors for £8 and be better off. Again asking for a refund.

BTW it’s always Jessie, who responds to all customer service emails, so either everyone uses the name Jessie or it is some auto generated response system or something.

After loads of emails back and forth with “Jessie” they agreed to give me a 50% refund. Which I unhappily accepted because I was just done having my time wasted by FLOLAB.

However, when the refund was sent, it was only a 25% refund. So here I went again, emailing back and forth to get the 50% refund. Being treated like an idiot the whole way.

This is my second bad experience with a Flolab, screen protector. The first one they sent, simply wouldn’t stick down onto the screen and just kept lifting away from the phone, making it look ugly. None of the reinstallation instructions remedied it either.
The screen protector is no better than cheap screen protectors, infact it attracts dust and fingerprints more than cheap ones. I would not recommend their overpriced, underperforming products to anyone and suggest everyone stays away.

Every year the company improves its products... it is number one in my preferences.]

One of the worst experience, the order ships from china and they used the slowest shipping method. I contacted customer service who were not helpful at all. I want a refund!

Perfect fit! Only one out there that I could find that had a 3D edge completely covering the screen. Anti-rainbow works very well. Amazing anti-glare. This is the closet you can to the real screen feel. Do yourself a favour, don’t put a cheap protector on such an expensive device! (iPhone 16 pm owner here)]

Having tried so many screen protectors for my iPhone over the years and having them all fail in one way or another, I was looking for a higher-quality screen protector. All the adds on social media plus the numerous options available on Amazon are overwhelming. After doing some research I decided to go with FLOLAB as they had really good reviews from companies doing comparisons and lots of positive customer feedback. The installation of this product was the easiest by far, very few bubbles and I was able to push them out easily. The quality of this screen protector is night and day compared to everything I've tried in the past. It feels thicker and more rigid than others plus the surface is silky smooth, doesn't mar or scratch, no fingerprints, and the clarity is as good as if no screen protector is on. If you're searching for a quality product, go with this one and stop using all the poorly made no-names out there!

I've got their screen protector, case and camera protector so far and am beyond impressed. Screen looks and feels better than the orginal screen. The camera protector is unnoticeable, if anything adding to the aesthetic. I absolutely love how their surtect case feels. Best case you can get for the price

I placed a warranty claim but I was charged the full amount of the product, even though it has a lifetime warranty. I even registered the product. My previous warranty claim was in November of last year.

During my first installation, I had dust particles. I requested a new screen protector, and flolab shipped a new one for free!

Very good phone holder with fast charging. The magnet is very good. It holds the phone sensationally even on the unevenness of the road. Also noteworthy is the cooling function during charging, thanks to which the phone does not heat up at all. In a word, a sensational product.!

Always the best. This was a warranty replacement. And it was FLO_LESS. amazing. Amazing service.

Great Quality Reasonable Price
Not much to say than their products rock, hell yea!! Great quality products for a reasonable price can't beat that. Costumer service is outstanding... !!! I would give them ten stars if possible! If you looking for phone accessories you can buy with confidence from this company

It is easily the best quality screen protector I have used but have to say it is extremely fragile. It’s my second purchase as the first cracked at the edge after slipping of my hand onto a table, even with a case on.
