I ordered 4 shirts, all were different; different brands, different fit, material, changed shape with wash.

This is the second time I have ordered from Flock and Feathers and it definitely won’t be my last, the merchandise is shipped quickly and comes exactly as shown….great quality that fits and feels great, definitely a 5 star:)

I love my T shirts. I'm 5'2", 125 lbs. I ordered women's larges because I like to tie them up. Super cute! Great material. Thanks!

I tried to cancel an order five minutes after I ordered it. And in a weeks time I got an update that the order was shipped. Customer service did a little to nothing to help me in the situation I made a mistake by ordering a single T-shirt for $25 trying to order two for 32 deal. So if I decide to return the shirt gonna cost me more money.

Love the designs on the shirts. Nice quality. I expected them to fit a little bit looser than they do, though. (Ordered xxl for a loose fit, fits more like an xl)

I received my order quickly and the shirts are high quality material. Love the artwork and I get compliments on them regularly. I will order again!

I have tried to email 4 or 5 times for over a week about how to return to get a different size and have received no response.

amazing clothes

When I received my order I realize that the shirts were way too big. They were beautiful but just huge. Customer service for the return was helpful, but your return process is really quite a pain. I wish it was easier, and it would be wonderful if you could offer free returns, especially with clothing because you never know how it's going to fit when you order something online. Also, I wish you had a return slip that came with the original order. I had to basically create one via email including adding a tracking number for my return package. It felt like a lot of footwork for a customer. I'm really hoping my size exchange is going to fix the problem. I washed one shirt, hoping it would shrink, so it was not able to exchange it. Then I paid $16 to have the other four of shirts I ordered sent back. That means I'm out about $30 and still have no shirts.

Since I ordered, my items isn’t delivered and is almost 4 weeks when I bought them 😡😡.

I’m really mad right now, how can that happen?

After receiving a shirt with a permanent stain, Flock and Feathers quickly replaced it at no charge. Quality shirt and quality company. Would do business again.

Great customer service! The knowledge folks at F&F helped with exchanging my shirts and kept me updated when the style I was looking for was back in stock. Better than expected service and completely satisfied in the end.

Love this company. You have to keep in mind that it is a small business, it is not Amazon. Sometimes I order and get my items right away, Sometimes it takes a few weeks. They offer good quality items, many selections of colors and designs. I have ordered from them now 3 times and have 9 shirts. Thank you flock and feathers

Paid extra for fast shipping, had to wait 2 weeks until they actually sent the stuff. I don't know when will I get my order. I guess it's kind of okay because of the holiday season. The tracking number doesn't work at all. I'm a bit disappointed.
