My first visit to Float Therapy today and I’m super impressed with the facilities, staff and overall experience.
Nathan provided a warm and friendly welcome as soon as I stepped through the door. I was the last client of the day but felt under no pressure at all to rush, quite the opposite. Nathan walked me through the facilities and how to get the best from the float experience, he was also happy to answer my questions (super knowledgeable).
Clearly customer experience is a top priority at Float Therapy.
If you are considering a float I highly recommend trying Float Therapy in Wilmslow. I left feeling like I was wrapped up in my own calm little bubble.

Well worth the visit

Fantastic experience from the beginning to end on our first float experience. The host is a credit to the business as he was welcoming and extremely accommodating so we'll definitely be back, plus the wife loved the experience which is always a great bonus, many thanks David and Claire.

Selfish and Greedy Owners

I purchased three single floats on an introductory offer in July 2023.
I used one float in August 2023. I realised I still had two floats to redeem and that my voucher is about to expire, so I decided to book my Mum and I for a treat next week. As a single mum it is rare that I am able to do this for her.

I booked both floats honestly using their system, inputting both mine and my Mum’s details - which were accepted.

I then received an email from the owner saying that my voucher is not shareable and should I want to keep my appointment I will have to pay £48. I checked my voucher and it does not say I am unable to share.

The owners are arguing in a very unpleasant way that it is my own fault and that it would have stated this when I purchased a year ago. However it does not say this on my voucher. They sent me an edited screenshot of their terms and conditions which does not align with the information I have.

I have only tried to use the two floats I have left on my voucher.

The price of this offer has since increased and the new voucher does state it is not shareable, which was not the case when I purchased.

I get it, why would they honour something that is giving them no money now but which they happily took a year ago. I feel so let down and the owners have made it clear I’m unwelcome to return so I have lost £50 which I don’t have to lose.

Absolutely gutted.

Jess, as explained on the full chain of emails from you, we have not amended any terms and conditions of your original offer. I have explained to you via email, provided you with your original payment link from our payment system, where you can view the terms and conditions of your purchase. For transparency, when you purchased your package, the following information was shown on the offer page, prior to you purchasing. It is down to the customer to ensure they read and fully understand this prior to making the purchase. This is not a responsibility for the business.

- 3x Single Floats (60 minutes each)
- Total savings of £68!
- Float Package expires 12 months after purchase
- Package not shareable; to be used by purchaser only.
- NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY

Once the package is issued, it is not editable by us, the system will physically not allow us to do this.

You also failed to turn up to one of your appointments on Wednesday April 03rd at 13:00. Technically, you should have lost this float as you didn’t provide us with more than 48 hours notice, however we gave you the benefit of doubt, and didn’t let you lose this float session, and reapplied it to your package.

We feel this ‘review’ is not a true reflection of our business, as the many reviews on social media and google will stipulate otherwise.

The same ‘review’ has been posted on Facebook, where a potential customer has confirmed she seen the offer herself, and the terms and conditions were listed.
