I keep being charged despite NOT having a premium subscription. I support received. I subscribed accidentally - have since then cancelled it and have shared screenshots of not having a premium subscription but I’m still being charged since the past two months.

Excellent app & customer service!
I’ve used this app for years and have always been happy with it. It really has made a difference to my life. I couldn’t be without it now. Every woman’s must have app!
Contacted customer services this evening after I mistakenly subscribed for the advanced services (you can still use the app without paying a thing though they do provide an enhanced service). Within minutes a customer service representative emailed me & arranged a full refund.
Not only is the app fantastic which I already knew but the customer service is amazing!

Very helpful. There is an option to pay for a subscription but you can still use it if you choose not to. Great app, very informative and easy. I think everyone should have this!

Easy
I like the ease of tracking and symptoms to expect. I do not like that I cannot turn off the pregnancy notifications as I cannot get pregnant and they are annoying.

Love the fact I can monitor my bleeding…
Love the fact I can monitor my bleeding patterns. But what I do have trouble with is knowing if any of the symptoms could be because I’ve got the implant in. It mentions I’m late and it could be due to such and such reasons but at no point does it allow the fact that I have hormonal birth control in effect how it monitors it.

Found this app useful as a period tracker but especially liked it when I then was tracking my ovulation to ger pregnant, then when I was pregnant it became a pregnancy app, lots of good uses

Flo is predatory about their subscription. I signed up for the $1 trial, cancelled immediately (which they make extremely difficult to do) and then I was charged for another month anyway. If I'm charged again I will be contacting my credit card company. Don't sign up unless you want to pay for at l least a month more than you were planning .

Love this app
Love this app. I’ve been using it for years, and I use the paid version just because I want to support them. I know they won’t sell my info and I know they help educate women about their bodies. You can find a community and read about lots of related and unrelated things. When Roe fell, creators of the app came out and said they would protect our info. So that’s why I give them money. Allies are hard to come by.
