During process of hooking up very difficult to navigate a nd shut off and on. Come to find out we all have Smart TV’s which worked great once stick was taken out. So found the expensive way we don’t need anything to enjoy even more programs that are available. And the 2 tv remotes I purchase thought would go with the stick my installer said are completely useless.

Very easy to order now I just have to wait till he gets here. I'm really hoping that this does exactly what it says it does cuz I'm really tired of paying for streaming services all the time. And if it does then I will add to my review.

The product did not function as advertised. TV apps did not automatically populate for streaming as expected. Further sign-ins and purchases were necessary.

I requested that my order be cancelled in less than two minutes.

I requested that my order be cancelled less than two minutes after payment because I made a mistake with the order and that I would correct the error and re-order as soon as I had the refund; however, I was told it was too late as the order was already processed. Unbelievable. There are numerous one-star reviews about the product, indicating many problems and issues with the stick. I cannot confirm either way, as I have not bothered to try it. All I ever wanted was to return what was sent and get an immediate refund, as I was told would not be a problem when I bought it on Apr 23rd, 2026. Please don't make this difficult.

So far the experience has been a bit frustrating. The tech service has tried to help, but the suggestions have not worked. I'm hoping that the next steps will resolve my issue.
