i ordered 1 tv stick but got 4 sent and charged for 4 sent many emails for an address to send them back but got no response so i have asked paypal to step in i ordered them on the 8 september but will not reply

Completely useless. Absolute nightmare to achieve refund. Thanks to PayPal, eventually I managed to have money returned but the item fails to meet the company’s claims. I cannot finds words strong enough to others who may consider this scam product. If I could enter a minus score then this would be more accurate of my dealings with this company.

This was offered discounted for £73.99, but they then add warranty and shipping bringing the price to £85 and this is only discovered after Paypal have made the payment. They also then try to make you pay form premium shipping and to buy more sticks - I only use one TV needing this.
It had better work or I will be back to reduce my rating to 1 star.

Do not waste your money on this product!!!!!

Why is there not a `NO STAR` option. I couldnt connect the stick to the TV electronically - no video advise on Youtube - only sales videos. I wish I had seen the reviews before buying. My husband saw it on TV advert so was convinced that it must be legit becauseof it. Emailed - no response. Pack of crooks and SCAMMERS. Do not buy on any account

I ordered but my order then told me I had ordered two. This was mid September'25
I contacted the company to cancel one order but got an automated reply that stated an agent would get back to me which has never happened. Nor has the delivery of the sticks

If I could I would give this tv stick a minus - 5, it’s nothing but a complete scam. It’s completely useless. Do not waste you money on this product.

Misleading ad. I could connect to NETFLIX anyway, but the ad gives the impression I did not have to pay a subscription. A huge scam, though I did eventually receive the equipment - after 3 weeks- which allowed me watch YouTube free (which I can do anyway!) DO NOT BUY!!

My order was DOUBLED £120 to £206-called back to cancel BUT already sent -tried to stop at Barclaycard BUT no fraud number on my card so 2hours later called them to stop it but gone through -Return address is WHERE -LITHUANIA? WHAT A CON

They didn't even send me flixy sticks! Instead two android ones that don't get no free TV and they refuse to send me a return label disgusting all sorted got a refund

This product DOES NOT do what they advertised.It is a complete waste of money and has gone in the bin.PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This is a total scam! Do not buy. I read fake reviews that said it was brilliant. Said despatched within 24 hrs. 15 days later it said it was despatched. A month later turned up. They claim bad weather. The unit does not do as advertised. You still have to pay monthly subscriptions to Netflix /Disney+ etc. When I complained they said I was confused about what it did. Trying to get my money back like blood out of a stone. They have a UK returns but stated it had to go back to America even though it came from China.
Now I have to pay returns and lost my shipping cost to get it delivered. A complete scam. They should be made to pay it all. !

A scam,my husband bought 4 for family members,everything they claim is bogus,he's now in touch with Google and ASA in the UK,try e mailing bogus e mail,he's trying Lithuanian Embassy Monday...if Google don't get in touch

They advertise shipping within 24 hours. Eleven days later they say it has been shipped. They don't reply to emails and will not refund under any circumstances.
