the company does not respond to emails. I ordered their special Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus + Visio & Project | Lifetime Activation. i ordered twice by accident and they will not remove the charge and i did not use the key. in fact they sent me same activation key twice for the two purchases. Also product was missing Microsoft publisher. will not refund my duplicate order that i did not use and did not even respond

I need a copy of Microsoft Office but I don't want a subscription. I tried another "license key' company in the past and Norton 360 wouldn't let me install it. This one installed just like any other microsoft product. Just check your spam folder after you purchase it. That's where my key/receipt was found. I will buy from again.

I downloaded MS Office 2019. Their process works. But you have to follow their instructions exactly. If you have to wait a few minutes for a code, don't panic. Be patient.

This company is a scam. I bought a 2024 Office Pro Plus license. They charged my credit card and never sent the key. I emailed their support including a screenshot of the order showing all pertinent details and order number but they never replied. I followed up 3 times and no reply. Now I'm disputing the charge since I never got the product and no reply.

Bought an MS Office key for 5 users. It worked, but only for one, then it said, user# exceeded when tried to install on other machines. Bought another MS Office 5-user, and when I entered the key, it said, invalid characters. LOL, useless. Trying to get money back, but doubt I will.

Flixeasy is a legitimate reseller of Microsoft Software. I ordered MS Office Professional Plus and followed their simple instructions for activating it on my laptop. Everything worked as advertised.

I did have one problem, however, that was quickly solved by their support team. For some reason, the initial email I received from Flixeasy wound up in my Spam folder. I didn't realize this. I advised Flixeasy I never received any installation instructions. They sent me a new email with instructions that worked perfectly.

I was sent 2 codes and both indicated that they were already in use. I ended paying for a valid code from Microsoft.

Everything worked the first time.

Got keys in about 40 minutes and had no problems with installation.
