lost luggage with no resolve
due the negligence of my driver one of my luggage bags went missing. It was my daughters everything she had. I filed a claim right away, called numerous times, and also emailed. The 30 day limit they give themselves to respond has come and gone twice. Ive seen this technique before they r stringing me along so they can buy time to not compensate me for my loss. in hopes that i will give up and move on. I'm livid. i will never use this sevice again and will be contacting a lawyer for the suitcase the stress ect....
