Ordered two pairs of trousers have checked multiple times and tracking numbers don’t come up or exist like others have sent a few emails to your service email and it bounces back and no response so have put it in the hands of PayPal to take care of buyer beware extremely poor service

Fliwos is a scam! They sell items without labels or sizes and when one size does not fit, they'll send you same size again! They appear to try to rectify the situation then they obfuscate and do not respond. They won't give you your money back! Save your money and the exact same thing on Amazon.com

Dear Fliwos service team- I ordered Shirts but customer service asked me to wait for 15 days to receive shirts:
why it takes 15 days, I get all other orders even from China in 5 days.
Make sure courier person hand over the order packet to me in hand as I am at home all 7 days. I do not want the courier person to leave my order out side.
I faced some issues last time as courier people said they left order out side and I did not see any parcel.

Make sure courier person knock my door and hand over the order to me. I also need phone number of courier service to track my order.

Terrible company to deal with. Order three shirts. Came Rediculously small. Tried to return or get them to ship the correct size. They said no we will give you a $9 credit. Seriously. Repeatedly tried to get them to send me three shirts in the correct size with no success. Would never deal with them again

I was advised to communicate with this company via ‘serviceatfliwos.com’!
After multiple attempts, every message was returned as undeliverable.
Absolutely useless!
AVOID FLIWOS!

Update: as you can see from their response below, after the same old platitudes, they tell me yo contact them on the email address that is undeliverable!
What sort of service is that? At least read the review before you respond…..

I bought an item from Fliwos.com (a leather jacket) size XL. When I received the product, the item didn't git. In fact, the item was most likely a size small in American measurements. The only way to contact customer service is through an email (no phone customer service representative). They contacted me two days later and I explained the situation and I was advised to go back to the website and look at the measurements video and base on their measurements, I was an 3XL. They sent me a replacement jacket size 3XL (which is their largest size) and when I tried it, it still was extremely small. It appears this company doesn't have a clue about sizing in the USA. I contacted the company again via email and to this date, no response. I am writing this review to warn anyone not to buy from this company because their size are based on Asain size and not American size. I gave them several days to get back to and never received a response back. I have two leather jackets that I can't wear because they run small. Please fo yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this company. I sure won't.

After the post office this review, the company finally responded to my email after the posting of this review. I am modifying my review base the company promised a full refund and I will hold them to that. However, I still stand on m previous review of their products size measurements do not conform to USA measurements. I strongly recommended the company to start making their products to conform to USA measurements so there won't be any problems doing business in the USA.

After trying to email to customer service via Gmail and always a ‘bounce back’ I tried via Outlook and straight away received a reply and yes, they would send the correct size which arrived within 10 days! Excellent customer service and the Multi pants are perfect!

Terrible service. Have sent numerous emails to the address supplied and keep getting the message that there is a temporary problem delivering my message. I simply wanted to return the trousers so I could purchase a smaller size. I requested what paperwork i needed to send but no message gets through. I am going to return them and see if I am refunded but I do doubt that I will see my money. TERRIBLY DISSATISFIED

I ordered a pair of the Fliwos Multipants – High Stretch Multi-pocket Durable Cargo Pants in December 2025 after seeing numerous ads on my tablet. They were delivered as scheduled in early 2026. However, the quality of the pants was nothing like that displayed in the ads. The pants advertised appears relatively thick and textured, with an ability to stretch in all directions. The pants I received were made of a thin, nylon material with no texture whatsoever and very little stretch. The material has a distinct plastic feel to it and made a rustling sound when handled.
I contacted the Fliwos customer service and did receive a prompt response. The initial offer made to me was for a 20% discount off a future order. Since I was dissatisfied with the quality of these pants, I was not about to order anything else from the company. Next, customer service offered a 50% refund and suggested I resell the pants or gift them to someone else. Again, given the poor quality of the pants, I was not about to do either of those.
I requested a full refund and after several emails back and forth with customer service, I received a refund of just over 60% of the initial purchase price (including shipping). I will not be ordering anything further from Fliwos.

Customer service is non existent with this company. They have never gotten back to me. I will never order from them again and have no faith that they will refund my money.

I’m very satisfied with these pants to accommodate my knee issues. The stretch fabric provides excellent comfort, doesn’t put pressure on my joints, and offers the support I need without restricting movement.

Delivery was very fast, I'm very satisfied. The material and quality of the product are excellent, and the size matches the description perfectly.

Online ordering with clear and understandable explanations. The size calculations were very helpful. Fast delivery. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is very high. This means the value for money is completely reasonable. Overall, it's great. I'm just annoyed I didn't decide to do this sooner.

As it turns out, Fliwos' sizes are indeed very accurate. Despite I'm being plus-sized, I can still find pants here that fit me well.

I received the package two days ago, and the packaging was very good, protecting the product well. After trying them on, I find the quality and comfort of the pants to be excellent. The cut and style suit my preferences.
