What a horrible experience!!!

What a horrible experience!!!! When I received my order, the shoes were too big and I wanted to send them back but they issued me the wrong order number, after a very long time trying to contact them by phone they would not answer and didn’t allow any messages to be left. Then I went to email them because when I tried to get into my account I couldn’t!!!!! I was locked out!!!!! They wouldn’t respond to my email to change my password about 15 times either. Finally I emailed them with this issue and they answered with try the order number again, well there were not enough numbers to put in. When I sent my second email explaining again that I received the wrong number they resent the EXACT same email to me and I went in circles for hours. They did not help me at all and I’m stuck with these very expensive shoes that I can’t even wear. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!!!!!!

My 4th pair

Aproximately 1 year ago I purchased my 4th pair of flipflop winter boots.
Unfortunately the fluffy inner sole became very crumpled and was uncofortable to wear. I phoned them to ask them to send me a new inner sole which of course I was happy to pay for.
I was told this was not possible but if I would send the boots back to them free of charge they would send me a new pair or refund my money. The boots were collected from my home and I heard nothing more from them. I phoned them to find out about my refund about one week ago and was told that a mistake had been made and I should not have been told I would get a refund. I then asked them to return my boots and I would buy a new insole myself. They refused to return my property (my boots) and said I had 30 days to accept a refund of £40 which was less than half of the cost.
i want my boots back.
I have been a regular customer over several years but going forward I would not reccomend them. Their service is shocking and their policy in not honouring their promises. They are thoroughly dishonest
