Great customer service. A very nice girl, Haley W. helped me out after I had made a silly mistake that messed up my order she was quick to correct it and solved my problem seamlessly. Thank you Haley you are so awesome
The FlibBelt compression shorts are amazing! I wore them for the NYC Bike Tour this past Sunday and they were great! I think these will be my go-to for biking and hiking going forward. I'll definitely buy again.
There was a QC issue with the key pocket zipper, but Haley was fantastic in facilitating an exchange. Customer service should always be this friendly and helpful. THANKS!!!! :-)

Great product, keeps my phone and gels snug and in place, doesn't move at all when I'm doing speedwork. Stitching did begin to come out after 5 months of near-daily use. I sent photos to Flipbelt and they promptly sent a replacement. Very please with the customer service.

I got a pair of their Ouray compression shorts at a running event, but they didn’t fit. I had deleted the email receipt, thankfully when I contacted them, Haley went out of her way to help me get them exchanged. I love the shorts and really appreciate the great customer service! They are now my go to ; all because Haley helped me fix my mistake.

Good product. Just pray it fits so you don’t have to return it.
Sent 2 emails to return and absolutely no response.
Edit: I received a response a few days later on May 24th, and just now, on June 7th, I have received a refund over two weeks after attempting to start the refund process.

I bought a Flipbelt zipper for trail running. Excellent customer service, got it quickly.
The first thing I notice when picking it up is now heavy it is (compared to certain other small personal item belts). I often wonder what I left in it. It's pretty hot to wear because of the bulk and width, but it's great for carrying phone, keys and a small water bottle.
Some styles and colours are made in the United States, and people might want to consider whether that's what they wish to buy under the current international trade circumstances.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong size belt & urgently needed a smaller size as I was travelling the following week. Sent a message via website, received a F/U telephone call shortly after with a new flipbelt in the correct size arriving the next day by mail together with a return prepaid envelope.
Awful awful customer service . or you can say doesn't have customer service at all . I am stuck with a wrong size belt , unable to return.
I have used 2 Flip belt zipper reflective belts and I believe the product quality is as poor as the customer service.
Do not buy this product if you intend to store your phone securely when you run. Flip belt have explicitly stated that a phone cannot go into the zipped section.
Flip belt believe that a phone should be put in one of the other compartments and “flip” the belt over. The principle would make sense if the reflective material was also on the inside of the belt. I don’t understand why flip belt would sell a product that encourages you the “flip” the belt over to cover up the reflective material. The purpose of the reflective material is to make you more visible in poor lighting conditions.
In short, flip belt do not sell a product that is compatible with its running light and can hold a phone without falling apart. You can’t flip the belt over if you want to use their light and you can’t store your phone securely without flipping the belt over. They clearly don’t understand the customers needs!
The reason why the reviews are so high for the product is you review the product as soon as you get the belt but then it breaks down about 9 months later and you can’t update your review or they won’t offer you a replacement.
The sad truth is this product has so much potential to be great but they don’t seem to want to listen to the customer or stand by the quality of their product.
First of all the website has a somewhat unoptimal interface when buying a product. It does not provide a sizechart and just provides arbitary sizes to select from before ordering a product.
As such I managed to buy the wrong size, and now the customer service refuses to even acknowledge my existence when I try to contact them.
This is not about the product, this is about the customer service.
Ordered FLIPBELT ELITE, waited for days and it has not been delivered to me, which I reported to them via email. They came back to me saying there was a problem with royal mail and appearantly it got 'lost' ? Coincidentally they said they can't send a replacement because they are out of stock. It became clear what the problem was from the very beginning, since they could not prove the item was shipped in the first place. They chose to lie to a customer instead of telling the truth. Now that is a brand which I do not want to be a part of, simply because they don't respect the customer at all. Disgraceful service and will definately spread the word around as much as I can.
