Incorrect items and no resolution
I don't think I've ever had a great delivery experience with Flints. Latest delivery - I ordered door stops and paid £10 each for them to use on a piece of set and paid extra for overnight shipping. It arrived quickly... but they sent rubber door wedges instead. I checked to see if I did anything wrong, but no, they just packed the wrong items. Have contacted them with photo evidence of the delivery note and the door wedges, and to no surprise, I haven't heard back from them.

I believe our Customer Services Team called you and arranged a refund, and subsequently the team manager reached out to you. We've noted that our warehouse team accidentally picked the wrong items and this has been logged in our feedback system. Please be assured we've had a search through all the inboxes (including "Junk" and our cyber "quarantine" system) but can't find the email you sent - if this should ever happen again in the future and you don't hear back from us within a couple of hours, please do give our team a ring.
