We had some trouble where the birth…

We had some trouble where the birth date was coming up wrong. So one of the ladies called and talked to Jessica. She was very helpful in getting our birth date correct. She's was very caring, friendly helpful and kind and yes it was fixed and now correct. Also when we put our dates to travel to and from Cincinnati it would show the wrong date. It showed I think a day after what we input in. It was very weird when it did that and we keep inputting into system until it got to correct dates. I think we tried 3 times. But Jessica was very helpful getting birth date in the system correctly. How we are waiting to pick our seats for the flight to and from. Thanks

Buyer Beware! Scam.

Buyer beware.

Booked a flight and had to cancel because of an emergency. We were given confirmation and told in writing that we could reschedule our trip in the next 24 months. We just attempted to reschedule. They would not honor it, told us that it was not their problem, and kept our 1200.00. Beware of these third party websites. Never again! TripAdvisor, Yelp, and the Dept. Of Consumer Affairs will be hearing from me.

Great Buying Experience

I found this website last year through a Google search and looked at tickets to and from Washington DC. The rest of the airline companies were giving tickets around $ 1000 for the dates that I wanted and Flights Hall was giving me tickets for $600. Was initially skeptical as it seemed too good to be true. Went ahead with my gut and was pleasantly surprised to find that this indeed was the truth. Also, the flights proved to be convenient and mostly on schedule. LIked my experience so much that I have now booked again through Flights Hall for my trip this summer. Have also recommended to my near and dear ones
