We are never ever using booking.com for…

We are never ever using booking.com for flights again !!!
My daughter's last leg of the flight was cancelled by the airline.
When she called Booking.com they gave her the run around.They refused to find another flight/seat and kept saying there was nothing available.However when my daughter contacted the airline she was told there was a flight with plenty of seats available which she could take in place of the cancelled flight and told my daughter,booking.com had to sort out the matter with the airline so the issue could be resolved.
I called booking.com today hoping to resolve the issue.
And yup I received the same run-around from them.
Booking.com simply refused to help.Instead they kept insisting there was no flight/seat available for my daughter's final connecting flight.
On top of that they refused to refund for the cancelled flight unless my daughter agreed to cancel the whole trip which she did not intend to do.
In short booking.com refused to help the customer when issues like cancelled flight and refund are involved.
There is no zero star to give.Im forced to give one star.

Booking.com Failed to Reschedule My Cancelled Flight

I booked a flight from Amsterdam to Rome with booking.com (ITA airways)
The flight got cancelled by the company and rescheduled to the evening.
I contacted multiple times bookings to reschedule my flight because I could not leave in the evening. I had a flexible plan,in addiction if it's the company who cancel the booking there are no additional coasts to change it .
They just reassured me on chat and then by phone, but 6 days later I was still waiting for my flight to get changed.
I finally called directly the flight company and they did the change for me in 15 min!!!!
They weren't supposed to do it but my flight was 2 days later and if I would have waited for booking I would have missed the flight.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. I booked a flight through booking.com and I needed to make a change as was allowed in the ticket that I purchased. It took over a week to be able to make this change and it required me constantly following up. I wanted to look at options for dates to change my flights too. They weren’t able to help with this. They could only give me one date so I had to do the research myself on what possible flights were available at the same fare. Each time the agent would tell me someone would get back to me within 24 hours and they never did when they did change my flight. They changed the ticket type so I had less luggage allowance.

NOTIFIED BOOKING.COM TO CANCEL 3 rooms…

NOTIFIED BOOKING.COM TO CANCEL 3 rooms oct. 3 Hilton Garden Inn Halifax. HILTON waived cancellation fee and notified Booking.com. Spoke with Hikton and confirmed they did not charge me. Yet Nov. 24th Booking.com sent email with cancellation charges for 3 rooms.. they made the error yet have asked me to go through a rigorous process to request refund. Every time I deal with their customer service it's a nightmare. I don't know where else to go as I book a lot of hotels cars and flights. Any suggestions

Worst service ever

Worst service ever, they are scam! I booked a flight from AMS to Auckland 9 months ago. After a few months I was chatting with a chatbot on the site of booking for information for a friend. The chat told me that my flight was cancelled. After chatting and calling each day for the passed three months, they still didn't manage to arrange a rebooking, my departure would be in three weeks. This is scandalous.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Booking.com flight prices are too good to be true. We paid for selected seats on a flight from London to Melbourne, the seats were changed several times prior to our departure. Despite paying the extra price, booking.com failed to pass this money on to the airline which consequently left us with no selected seats at all. Hours spent online and on the phone were wasted trying to sort this out. Customer service is useless - constantly being told to ‘rest assured they would fix it’ and not getting a straight answer as to what was going on was frustrating beyond words. In the end I was told to contact Malaysia Airlines directly as they couldn’t fix it. The money I saved through booking these flights was not worth the time and stress of trying to ensure we had seats on the flight home. I have been assured I will receive a refund for the extra money I needed to spend to secure my seats but I won’t hold my breath. Don’t book through this company.

Worst experience. They are scamming you.

Worst experience. I paid extra for a “flexible” ticket, but it turned out to be completely useless. When I tried to change my flight, they wanted to charge me 150 USD in fees for a ticket that originally cost 175 USD.

Just to compare, when I called AirAsia directly, they changed my flight for 80 USD – and that was without any “protection” or flexible option.

So what’s the point of paying for a flexible ticket if it doesn’t actually save you money or protect you? It honestly felt misleading and like a rip-off.

They are not part of any member, so there is high chances you can loose your money. I had ticket book from booking.com. I request to cancel booking and refund for airport taxes. They lied to me. They said they cancel flight and airline refuse airport tax .However i found out they never cancel my flight with airline. Airline was sending and allowing me to check in the same flight. BOOKING.COM SCAMMED ME.

This is the worst Service that any…

This is the worst Service that any company EVER gave me. The airline changed my flight to an impossible boardingtime between 2 flights so i have 15 minutes to reach the next flight, AND Booking.com REFUSES to help me rebook it.

I've made a BIG mistake using Booking.com as my agent.

NEVER again!!
This really makes me lose hope in humanity.

I paid 145 dollars extra for the sp called flexible ticket only to find that they cannot find a seat when I tried to change the date of the return flight. When I checked their own website, there are many seats available for the dates I chose. How ridiculous! Their flexible ticket is a scam!

BOOKING.COM and Gotogate SCAMS! SCAMS! SCAMS!

SCAM!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST, PLEASE NEVER BOOK A FLIGHT THROUGH BOOKING. Their customer service is beyond horrendous!!! More than 40 calls and chats trying to get my flight or the refund! Nothing yet. Gotogate is the scam behind booking.com. I had to file a dispute on the credit card but still waiting for my refund.

Cheaper than booking directly with airline

I booked a last minute return flight from London to Rome through booking.com, and it was less than third of the price than if I had booked directly with the airline. At first I thought it must have been a scam because of the incredibly big price difference (meaning close to £400) but it was real as I flew there and back with no problem! Thank you booking.com, you helped me get to a funeral I really longed to go to.

Booking.com. Gross incompetent and feet dragging

I booked a flight online through them, and they scheduled an itinerary with an illegal transit time of only 32 minutes, in direct violation of IATA rules. I called six times overnight—likely reaching a call center in India—and each time they claimed to have "escalated" the issue. They pretended to call me back but never did.

Every time I reached out, I had to repeat the same explanation, as the agents either couldn’t or wouldn’t understand the problem. When exhaustion and frustration naturally set in after hours of this endless loop, they had the nerve to accuse me of “swearing.”

Because of their booking error, I missed an entire trip. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the airlines, refusing to admit their clear mistake. The entire experience shows a shocking level of incompetence and disregard for customers.

Terrible service and hidden costs

Terrible service and hidden costs. I booked an overseas flight and booking.com advertised in AUD but l got charged international fees because they used an bank account overseas. Last time l booked a flexible flight and you can only make one change.
I sincerely warn people to use booking.com.

I am deeply disappointed with how…

I am deeply disappointed with how Booking.com handled my refund request for my Pegasus Airlines flight.

I sent several messages to customer service, but my case was mistakenly handled by the hotel department, even though it clearly concerns a flight reservation.
This kind of internal miscommunication and lack of follow-up is unacceptable for a company of this size, especially when it involves customers’ money and trust.

It has taken far too long to receive any update or resolution, and I still haven’t received my refund of 2,734 NOK.
I expect a clear update and faster coordination between Booking.com Flights and the airlines.

I have always trusted Booking.com, but this experience has seriously damaged that trust.
I hope this feedback helps improve your communication between departments and the way you handle refund requests in the future.

Say bye to your money if the flight is cancelled

If your flight has been cancelled then you are in trouble, as I am waiting for my money back for six weeks now. The airline has returned the funds but both Booking.com and GoToGate are playing the game of "Who's got the money?" Apparently, neither of them is holding responsible, even though I sent them a proof that the airline had sent them the money back. Run away from these lot...
