We had an issue with one of our flights as we did not receive the flight details including flight number and ticket details. We proceeded to contact the customer support number from the bookings.com confirmation email and spoke to a consultant over the phone. The support consultant was very helpful and sent us the details immediately. Our enquiry was resolved immediately with all the details received.

Airlines have cancelled my flight. When calling booking.com they ask me to call airlines and when I chat with airlines they ask me to contact travel agent. No help in getting my refund as I need money to book other flights
The WORST customer service EVER
I had a flight booked, then a couple of month later the schedule was changed to the following day, I couldn’t take the flight so I called customer services who found me a flight with a different airline, the representative told me we would get upgraded luggage & meals which he noted on the system.
4 days before my flight (some 3 months after I spoke with customer services) I checked my itinerary to find I had not been given the luggage as advised previously. I called customer services again to be told to buy luggage from the air line which would cost $857 per 30kg (this would amount to the cost of my return flights) I was also told that my enquiry would be passed onto an escalation department & I that I would also get a call from a supervisor with in 24 hours, after many phone calls neither of the above happened & I am still waiting for an outcome.
As my flight leaves in 15 hours myself & 4 family members will be setting off with 7kg each of hand luggage only for an 8 day over seas trip.
This company is an absolute joke, my telephone calls were dealt with by a call centre in India & out the 6 or 7 different people I spoke to only 1 was fluent in speaking English & dealt with me in a professional, the rest were rude & spoke with broken English manner, 1 female representative ended my call whilst I was still waiting.
I will definitely be using this company again & I advise others to stay well away.

Go To Gate shoud really change the layout of their payments screen because it does look very scammy, however I can confirm that they are legit. I was referred to their phone number by Bookings.com and can confirm that I was able to change my flights through them.

Disgusting customer service
I spoke to several customer agents. The last one I got upset with he promised to help with a refund due to cancelled flights today due - unforeseen weather event. Wind stopped the flight. He then reneged on the refund and he has left me hanging. I’m stuck in a foreign country with no where to go.
No confidence in service
Had to make 2 calls and still don’t have confirmation of amendment. Money was processed ok but no flight tickets reissued despite guarantee an email would be sent.
Only email was same as original booking.

We booked the flight through Booking.com. We learned that flexible flights means you can only make one change.

Very bad because in the 1st email that I received from you the flight number informed talking about my flight was canceled by the airline was wrong. It was another flight number and also it wasn’t really canceled, only was a change of the time of departure because I checked online directly on AirFrance and the same number of flight still there but going later. This happened on 16th of April and now is 1st of June and I still waiting the resolution to fix my trip back, my original flight was for 10th of June and now is only 9 days left and I still don’t have any flight book !! Worst service ever. Now the last email that you sent me was saying that you can’t do anything about it and I need to refund, such a bullsh1t, then I called again to booking.com and now they told me that they are still able to re book my flight and I am in high priority and asked me for more time, but at the same time you in your last email said that I have 5 days to take the refund, so clearly you are not coordinated with booking.com in your answers facing the customer. Ruin service. Shame on you.

I had a flexible ticket and l had to change my flight ,l got charged 178dollars extra and my flight has now cost nearly 700,l lost my seat which l paid for extra.l checked the cost of the flight lm on on the 19th and it's round 500 still.This is appalling.lf l don't get some satisfaction today or before my flight l will never use travel app again and l will make it known on Facebook.
