Flightright got a Refund from Airline
I received a reimbursement from Airline (Lufthansa). Flightright took the problem to the court to get reimbursement, the Airline was not willing to give back anything due to the cancellation/changing of my flight!!!

Einfach wunderbar! Flightright haben mich regulär am laufenden gehalten. Natürlich hat die Airline (Lufthansa) ein paar Steine in den Weg geworfen, da es sich um eine größere Summe handelte, aber Flightright wussten was zu tun ist. Alles, war innerhalb von anderthalb Monaten erledigt. Nachdem Flightright das Geld erhalten hat, wurde alles noch am selben Tag auf mein Konto überwiesen. Die Kommission, die ich gezahlt habe, hat sich Flightright 100% verdient. Vielen Dank Flightright!
Just amazing! Flightright kept me informed throughout the process. Of course, the airline (Lufthansa) threw some stumbling blocks in the way, as it was a larger amount that needed to be paid, but Flightright knew what had to be done. Everything was done within one and a half months. After Flightright received the payment from the airline, they transferred my part of the amount into my account the same day. The commission payable to Flightright is 100% deserved. Thank you Flightright!

I strongly recommend
I was not optimistic when I gave my case to Flightright, it was the first time I use their services. The team is very professional, I was informed regularily about the progress, at the end I got the maximum compensation. The fees for Flightright are justified and well deserved. Few years ago I contacted the airline myself for a similar situation, all I got was a small voucher for a future reservation, which I know now that it was way below my legal right.
