I was in a hurry and paid urgent fees for 6-8 hours as i had an upcoming appointment the next day. They did not return the docs for 5 days after multiple mails. I am chasing them for a refund both on the support (which should change its name to unhelpful) as well as email for last 1 week, 10+ followups and no help. Im out 60$ and missed rarely available appointment slot all because i trusted the wrong company.

The flights booked could not be confirmed on the day of visa appointment. The travel insurance was from a US based company which was useless, also it had the incorrect address mentioned even though I provided correct details.
No one contacted me when I wanted to get these checked before the appointment and ultimately had to book another ticket and buy another insurance.

Company took money from me for a 2 week reservation and only reserved for 5 days. I have been chasing them to find out what is going on and it is almost a month now and no one has replied. Talk less of the amount of money I have lost. Unbelievable
