I encountered a payment problem at first try, but your online assistant quickly sent me a link at request so that I was able to enter the updated payment information and get the confirmation. Thank you for the timely help!

I've been booking flights on this website for years. And recently, a booked a flight that was cancelled 3 times by the airline, and each time I had to rebook and incur extra charges ... Despite of the facts contacting the airline and the website, I received NO help from either...Secondly, when booking a new flight, their customer service is quick to respond, but after booking the flights, and if you encounter any issue, good-luck contacting them! Each time, I had to wait at least 2 hours and longer to reach their customer service. Absolutely horrible!!

Booking easy, I received an email with booking number and a link to manage my booking, however the page was full of additional services that they want to sell and till I got lost between these ads and didn’t notice an error in my name because the give the traveller details a very small space, in the end I was denied on boarding and lost 1180$ and bought another ticket because FlightHub didn’t even let me talk to a human to explain the situation.
Never again on this garbage website

The organization of the website when it first populated is hard to find flights. When you indicate arrive early morning it gives you the next day

Beware of booking through Flight Hub. Our booking process what great, everything was smooth until we received a notice that our flights were not departing until 2 days after what we had booked. This didn't work for our plans so I contacted their text support line. We weren't able to find an alternative flight so I was told I could cancel and receive a full refund. After I confirmed to cancel, then I was told the refund was only for part of the cost as the seat fees were not refundable. Very deceiving when I specifically asked about a full refund.

I just bought a round trip ticket to Montreal. The option I selected included carry on bag ( I took a screenshot). When I completed the transaction I was then informed that carry on was not an option on this flight and that I would have to pay a fee for a checked luggage. I tried to contact customer support as I felt that the way the flight was offered was deceptive to say the least. After waiting over one hour on the phone even after an automated system said that an agent would be available in a few minutes, I realized that Flight Hub does not care about customer service. It was the first time dealing with this company and the last as I never experienced such bad and deceptive services from similar websites.

This Flighthub travel agency don't diserve not even one star. The screw up my entire trip at the begginging and in the middle. They dealing with some 3rd party agency, so they can blame the other agency and you will never get correct answers. We experiance horror with this agency. In addition, you get only AI, no live agent. Live agent they provide you phone number, but when you overseas you can't call them.

I like many options on flights, prices and sales. Everything is clear and understandable
