FlightGuard is a free tool that estimates the risk of delay or cancellation for any commercial flight, up to 16 days before departure. Enter a flight number and a date, and FlightGuard returns a risk score from 0 to 100 (low, medium, high), the dominant risk factor, and a plain-language explanation of the assessment. You can also set a free email alert that notifies you when the risk for your flight changes significantly. The score combines 10 weighted factors from public institutional data sources: flight trend, route history, time of day and weekday, airline punctuality, EUROCONTROL air traffic control delays, strikes, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, and geopolitical airspace events. Data refreshes every 15 to 30 minutes. The model is validated on over 7 million historical flights across the USA and EU. Alongside flight checks, FlightGuard publishes free risk and punctuality profiles for around 1,170 airports, 40 airlines, and 16,900 routes. No registration, no cost, available in English, Italian, and Spanish. Email addresses are used only for flight alerts, never for marketing, and are deleted 30 days after the flight date. Analytics are cookieless and GDPR-compliant. Important: FlightGuard is a risk analysis tool, not a flight insurance or compensation product. flightguard.app

Very useful

I found this app really very useful, simple to use with very immediate and understandable explanations. It allowed me to monitor the status of my flights before leaving for vacation. Having a tool like this in a period of uncertainty and strong geopolitical tensions is really a great thing.
