Mark up their flights
I purchased a giftcard for my mom and they mark up their flights by double. Never again will I use this site. Do not purchase! I had flightgift site pulled up along United and sky scanner prices for the EXACT same flight booking directly though flightgift was more.

Clear and straightforward process
I was very glad to have a voucher which applies to many companies at once (rather than to only one company as with the standard vouchers). It provided flexibility with time and prices.

Flightgift prices are massively inflated BUT very good customer service in response to this!
*update - the customer service team got in touch and helped booked a flight. It was more expensive but worth it with our voucher. They were very helpful and quick to reply.
My husband got a £75 voucher for a wedding gift from colleagues. I have just looked at flights with jet 2. They cost £655 directly from jet2 but £787 from flight gift. It is so ridiculous that the cost is so much higher there is no point using the voucher. I looked at some london BA flights to see if it happened with them too. The cost was £315 with BA and £350 with flight gift. I doubt we will use the voucher at this rate. Such a rip off!
