A very fair company
A very fair company that has now accelerated payouts. In addition, more payouts per month are now possible instead of just one payout as before.
I lost 10 25k accounts due to the…
Went out of business and did not payout the traders. These people need to be put in prison for scamming people. You can't just take a bunch of money from customers and then say you closed your business and not return the money. That is fraud.
Got my first payout!
Sent a request for my first payout and it went really smooth! Everything settled in 5 business days!
Flexytrade’s communication is second to none.
Flexytrade’s communication is second to none. Customer service is available within 5 minutes to answer any questions, big or small. If an issue arises with your account(s) they inform you what the issue is, they cite the exact trades that caused the issue, and talk you through the process they use in order to audit your account to come to a conclusion. All while they listen to what you have to say as to how the issue happened and keep you updated the whole way.
There’s no guessing what’s going to happen as there is with other firms.
My payouts were flagged for a hedging issue, but it was due to the copy trader entering against my position on half of my accounts the first day I traded. They cited this issue to me showing the exact trades in question. I gave my explanation as to what happened. They audited the accounts to double check on their end, and sent me an email before, during and after the process. Payouts were all approved. Very impressed with the whole process. Thanks Flexy!
No complains
I honestly have nothing bad to say here, yes, I encountered some bumps but, in the end, they were resolved. I had to do my KYC twice, but they expedited it when I expressed concern about it. Yes, they changed their payment method, but when I asked, I was guided on how to do it fast. They always answer all my questions, many of them, in a very respectful way. Yes, I got one payout rejected but it was for a valid reason. And yes, I did get paid, and they paid me the full amount I requested. Rithmic had an issue at some point, which they kindly looked into and even though they asked for a lot of backups, they helped me fix it. With this said, has it been smooth? not necessarily but they respond and are very professional and help you get things done. So, I give 5 stars to Lyn and Oliver in customer service for all they've done in the last month during my trading journey. I hope Flexy sticks around for a long time and is worth trading with them.
I'd love to give them more credit but…
I'd love to give them more credit but my experience hasn't been so great.. I never write bad reviews but this is something people should be aware of.. 7 of my accounts were deactivated due to holding into overnight session.. 8 accts were trading, attempted to close seconds before close as I often do but only the leader acct succeeded in exiting the position.. my ninjatrader was open with other prop accts and closed just fine.. these guys deactivated my accts and haven't given any kind of info other than our technical team is looking into it.. I provided screenshots of the event log where the attempt to flatten accts before close were clearly made.. I'm left in limbo at this point and just plain disgusted.. I should be waiting on payouts today.. the accts were up 8k+, over 50k of profit gone and no answers from the team.. my acct is FT11498
So far the worst prop firm I have ever…
So far the worst prop firm I have ever used. They are literally sabotaging traders so that you fail. Imagine closing trades on profits from Quantower and their system reflects as losses, every time till the drawdown is reached. Customer care is taking 1 week to reply to my issue, and when they reply they do not sort anything, and they are clueless about the financial market claiming the loss I made was because of volatility. How is closing trades on profit and reflecting as loss from their side an effect of volatility? Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time on these unregulated propfirms.
Payout denied because of hidden rules…
Payout denied because of hidden rules in their contract. I traded the news, and NOWHERE does it say you cannot trade the news on their website. They hide it in the fine print. Pretty deceptive.
Honestly, they do have excellent customer service, at least they respond politely unlike apex who will deny you and mock you at the same time.
I think they just had bad luck and their program just didn't catch on so they have no choice but to deny payouts. You can only pay with very complicated and annoying crypto methods, so no one really gave them a try.
And over time they made their rules harder and switched payout reviews to monthly.
They have good tech, it's pretty cool how their whole system is completely automated.
And even if they denied my payout, they seem like decent people just in a tough situation.
I just would never use a company that hides behind obscure fine print while they advertise something completely different like "trade your way"
I do wish the team and owners good fortune in life.

Stuck with no CC available
Flexy has a nice Platform and so far customer service has answered all my questions. Alan"s review was correct however. If you purchase the single or bundle and you don't have Crypto you will not be able to pay. Imagine if you buy the five Bundle and then dont have a CC that will work to pay the entrance to the next level for 5 or more accounts. I'm not gonna forget about them because I have a live single plan moving forward soon. If I pass the exame I don't know how I will pay the next level entrance fee. (FIY most prop firms have this fee) I just can't add on with a bundle with out a card. Hopefully this will be fixed soon, i'm almost there.
Bad start, good ending with room for improvement
As you can only pay by crypto (even with "banxa" it's a crypto transaction), says it all. If you want to go with a prop firm only relaying on crypto, go for it. I initially bought the challenge accounts via "stripe", but then suddenly when I wanted to pay the activation fee (as I passed accounts), only crypto payements were accepted. Now they partnered up with "Banxa", but on the header of their website is says "Banxa is not a bank". It is pretty suspicious when a prop firm does not provide a proper way of simple credit card payment.
No Discord nor Telegram group available.
The rules for the Challenge phase are pretty common. Nothing special compared to others.
Have a good look at their payout rules!

Update 08.11.2024:
I bought 20 x 50k accounts with a 90% discount. So in total I paid $300 for all these accounts with my credit card. I passed some und blew some of them. When I wanted to pay the activation fee, I was then only able to pay with crypto and credit card payment was not available. So I did not activate my accounts and waited, because I do not trust any prop firm who only accepts crypto. In fact I waited for a couple of weeks until they provided the payment option with credit card. So I activated my accounts. I now did request 2 payments of $1000 and $500 for 2 different accounts - and yes - they did pay, and that's the most important.

Update 15.12.2024:
I requested another payout, but it takes sooooo long: "first phase of review and review process may usually take 5-7 business days". So from the day you request a payout, you can't trade your account as it changes to "admin only" and you have to wait until they approve or reject your payout request and if they approve, it takes again several days until they pay and in this time, they do not release your account for trading.
They really need to improve the review and payment process. So therefore I had to remove 1 star in my rating.

Update 27.12.2024:
I requested another payout on December 8th and they paid me on Decemeber 21st, but my account is still blocked ("admin only") as they have not released to trade again. At least they paid, but i cannot trade the account until they release it so I can request more payouts!
They need to review their processes immediately. So therefore I had to remove again 1 star in my rating.
