Disappointing and Expensive Experience

I'll skip the drama and give you the facts: 1. If you choose the pull-out hose you will get 25% less water flow and when I was choosing that was not listed anywhere. 2. 30 day return policy doesn't really work if you actually install the tap and then find it is no good. As soon as you remove it from your sink they will consider that as wear and tear (and that the filters have been used, even if it was only for 24 hours) and not give you a full refund. 3. I repeatedly asked questions about the product via email, they were using an AI system that kept reassuring me, incorrectly, that this product fulfilled on my needs. These are all facts. One, and perhaps the only, positive: When I did get a human talking to me eventually, he at least addressed my questions with accurate answers. But it was too late by then, I returned the item in as perfect condition as I could, they still charged me 200 euro while refunding me about 400. I would not recommend their pull out hose- flex tap 3 in 1 system. (Dear flextap please don't bother responding to these comments, there's no point I look forward to moving on with my life)

Fittings leak! Flooded the room

In a week after installation one of JG fittings spontaneously dislodged. The resulting leak flooded our whole kitchen/living room in less than 20 min. I suspect that all the plastic parts of the filter are not manufactured to the required tolerances.
Btw, this was not the only leakage - another one revealed itself during the installation - again, at the filter module. That time it was in the quater-turn connection (which is a stupid design in the first place).
I wrote an email to the company about the situation, but have not received an answer yet.
Super disappointed.

Have had the tap for 6 months and used…

Due to my experience I wouldn't trust the good reviews here. Which I did when I bought the tap.

I had the tap for 6 months and used it for about 5 before issues started appearing.

It gives boiling water and looks nice to start with but the quality of the tap is not so good.
The boiling water handle keeps getting stuck which I find a bit unsafe. You need to force the handle for it to turn off. And the hot water was VERY hard to turn on also.

The tap also started dripping this morning.
And the paint is starting to fall off. So bits of the tap are now silver instead of black.

So only buy this if look is not important for you and if you're ok with less safety on boiling function.

Contacted customer service and they told me to send the tap in for investigation.
Something I can't do since it would lead to us having no water or having to buy a new tap for now.

So after loads of talking back and forth the company decided to send us a new tap.
But that was after sending very disturbing emails about me reviewing them.
They were arguing that me giving them a bad review was not fair and arguing that it was standing in the way of them helping me out.

Having used the new one it is VERY obvious that there was something wrong with the old one.
And these things happen.
But what shouldn't happen is a company pressuring you to change your review.
A good review should be deserved and not forced by company not helping you
