Too big
The ordering, payment and delivery was quick and easy.
I ordered 3 different types of gloves for cold-room work to see which ones worked best. The problem was they were all too big, even the small size.
I washed and tumble dried them, hoping they would shrink, but they kept their shape and size.

Customer Satisfaction is Important
I have used this business a couple of times over the years, and have always found them to be stockists of good quality products, very reasonably priced and prompt with deliveries.
On this occasion, i placed and order online, my parcel arrived promptly but when i opened it, the wrong product had been sent.
I emailed the Company, sent the requested photographs and the correct product was sent within 48 hours. They also arranged collection of the initial package.. ...
In all, the process was very good, an efficient operation where customer satisfaction is important. Well done CFS.
