Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Delays Delays delays. They don’t inform you they charge your card in advance and I’m now waiting 3 months for the New E7 Flow desk. They keep delaying & keep saying not in stock. They ask for patience but 4 times I’ve had different dates and then gets pushed back again & again !!! I really can’t see getting this before Christmas. Ordered on 3rd August !!!

Impressive product and truly great support
Got myself an E7 Plus with solid wooden top. The stand is very solid and feels like it will last a long time. The motors are quiet during operation and transport the desk up and down smoothly. I'm impressed by the quality.
The solid wooden top is beautiful. It's 4cm thick, pre-drilled, reinforced with two recessed metal bars on the underside and has a wonderful finish on the top. You will not be disappointed.
Unfortunately the top was damaged during transport; the cardboard had marks on the outside and the wood had damage in the same spots. I contacted support Friday evening and received a swift response the next morning. The support team was very friendly and understanding, and resolved the issue by providing me with a replacement top. Truly great support!
I'm happy I went with Flexispot and can vouch for both the product and support. Five stars well deserved.
Replacement power supply - Great Service
I’ve had my desk for two years.
Standing makes a huge difference to a day of desk bound work, making movement and motivation easier.
I recently lost my power cable.
With my purchase number, the team are sending me a replacement free of charge.
I will say, my initial email was rebuffed - however I simply asked for more information on the part and other staff then were involved, leading to a replacement being offered.
I didn’t have to push or anything.
I think this is excellent service and so I wanted to leave a review.
Good Table
I bought the E7 Pro, without a plate. I made the plate by my own. The E7 Pro is realy silent when it goes up and down, it is fast and carry me (80kg) with ease. The customer support is very helpful and the delivery is super fast. I have nothing to complain about.
I Would buy again from this company.
E7 Flow Desk Never Arrived
I placed an order for a Flexi spot E7 flow desk on the 5th of September with an expected delivery date of the 26th of October. It’s now the 3rd of November and I’ve just called the helpline for the second time to be told yet again that the stock has not yet arrived into the warehouse and they can’t give me an exact delivery date. It’s all dependent on when it arrives into the warehouse. They happily take payment upfront and take their time delivering… if I ever get a desk at all!

10/10 customer service
I have to rate their customer service a 10/10, honestly the best one I have ever had. Everything started when I ordered my E7 standing desk this summer. After a month of having it at home, I realised I wasn’t fully convinced with the size of the desktop and contacted customer service to see if I could return it and get a refund, so I could buy a bigger one (nothing wrong with it, just my personal preference). They replied in less than 3 hours with instructions on how to return it and I received my refund 4 days later. Fast forward to my second order, a bigger desktop, which unfortunately arrived damaged due to Evri not handling the package carefully. I contacted customer service again requesting a replacement, something they sorted that same day and gave me tracking info for a new package. They didn’t even ask for the damaged table back and said I could repurpose it as I saw fit (something I have done, of course). DX delivered the new desktop 4 days later, in perfect condition, and now I love how much space I have for my work stuff. I was impressed with how well they handled my requests, that alone deserves a huge recognition, but the goods they sell are also great quality for the price. I can’t comment on durability though, because I haven’t had the desk that long, however, I like how stable the desk is and the solid rubber wood top is absolutely stunning.
Ordered a filing cabinet
Ordered a filing cabinet, good price quick delivery. Unfortunately there were parts missing so I couldn’t assemble it. On emailing FlexiSpot I received a swift reply assuring me I would be sent out a new filing cabinet. I received this within a few days, all parts present, easy to assemble and exactly what I wanted. Great customer service and very pleased with my purchase
Customer Service is not it
I purchased one of their best ergonomic chairs from amazon - the flexispot ergo X pro. About a month or so after I purchased it I noticed something weird - the chair would randomly go down to it's lowest position intermittently when I would sit down on it. I thought maybe there was something I had done wrong, like not locked one of the dials correctly etc. But I left it as it was, thinking it might stop happening. However, it just got worse and would happen several times a day randomly. I contacted flexispot to let them know so they could check if there was a real issue or if there was something I need to do. They asked me to send a video capturing the issue. I did so...one of the CS representatives response was "I put too much pressure on the chair". Now I'm an average male weighing about 80kg. I had to re watch the video I sent them to make sure I wasn't crazy and I realised I was just sitting on the chair normally lol. I mean the issue happens even when I sit on the chair as gently as I possible can and I've sat on hundreds of chairs in my office and at home and none of them do this so I know 100% the issue isn't "too much pressure". I gave them a chance to resolve this issue and their final response was: "please go back to amazon as that's where you bought it" (paraphrased). I knew I could go back to amazon but I didn't do this in the first place because they are just a vendor and will just refund me and expect me to return the whole chair rather than sending a replacement part. Anyway I did go back to amazon in the end and just returned the whole thing - I will not be buying anymore flexispot products in the future. Painful lesson learnt.

The pinnacle of great customer service!
I’ve got to say, this company are doing everything right when it comes to customer service. My original desk top arrived with some slight damage on one corner despite being very well packaged. A few quick messages were exchanged in the flexispot chat, and a new desktop in a different colour (I changed my mind on colour I wanted), and a few days later, a brand new desktop arrived in pristine condition. No need to return the old damaged item.
I also decided to return a pc bracket as it was no longer required. Again in their chat facility, no quibble, no return, just a fast and efficient refund.
This is the gold standard in terms of how you look after your customers! Absolutely brilliant service.

Helpful Customer Service & Good Product
I bought the E7 Pro with the black walnut desktop. While the 1st desktop arrived with a gouge in it (reason for not giving 5 stars), customer services were very helpful in arranging prompt delivery of a replacement desktop. Like other reviews, assembly was easy (their YouTube video is also helpful), and the assembled product looks sharp and professional. Good product!
When buying a product like a desk frame…
When buying a product like a desk frame which adjusts height through a mechanism, it goes without saying that longevity and reliability is the key criteria. I bought mine in Sep 2022, and it has now broken. I phoned customer services and they said that my warranty expired 1 month ago (actually 18 days ago) so there is nothing they can do. So I now have to disassemble it, take it to the dump, and buy a good quality one. Remember the old days when people manufactured products with moving parts to last?

I’m really impressed with my new FlexiSpot chair. The build quality feels premium and the ergonomic design makes a big difference during long work hours. A true disgrace, the worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase
This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase I had made in my life, and I do not want to hear about Flexispot’s products ever again. I can’t believe you are even allowed to be selling these products in this way.
I purchased a very expensive E7 Pro with Rubber 140x80 tabletop.
The tabletop arrive completely broken in two pieces. I was sent a replacement one. I have now finished assembling the desk.
I had to drill holes myself as they were nowhere to be found (e.g. for the cable tray), and most of the IMPORTANT holes that attach the top to the frame where not aligning (some of them where off a few millimetres, some more, some less), so I have drilled them as well. Some others, still on the important points where the frame attaches to the table near the motor, where completely missing. Which makes me wonder about the longevity and stability of this desk.
The manual that comes with the boxes is a disgrace. Images don't match what you get in reality, components are mentioned there but are missing or viceversa. You get instructed to do things that you cannot do and the labels of some of the components do not match.
When I called your support team on Friday, even before receiving the first broken top, and complained about the completely incorrect and misleading manual that came with the boxes, I was advised to download a newer one from your website.
But even the pdf manual is incorrect, with components that don’t match what I have actually received. So I had to watch some of your YouTube videos (offial ones made by Flexispot themselves) which also show things that do not reflect what you find within the manual or within what is included in the boxes.
It took me about 4 hours including having to go out to borrow a drill to do that (they advertise it as taking 15 minutes)
I now have to keep this desk, and I cross my fingers that it won't fall apart or present any further issue.
Never, ever again.
