The height-adjustable desk I had…

The height-adjustable desk I had previously seen was a bit expensive, but during the store's anniversary sale, the same model was nearly a hundred pounds cheaper. It arrived three days after I ordered, and the installation video is clear, so even a novice can handle it.

Great Office Chairs and Customer Care Service

I bought the C7 office chair, which is great, but it ended up being a bit too big for me. Therefore, I purchased another model from the same brand. What I really love about both models is the footrest, as it allows me to work with my legs elevated, which is great for blood circulation.
When I contacted customer care to return the C7, the service provided by the team was excellent. They responded quickly and were genuinely helpful.

I'm very disappointed with my purchase

I'm very disappointed with my purchase. I bought a e7 pro standing desk for 600 euro.

- The desk wobbles

- They sent the wrong power supply cable

- The assembly instructions were entirely inconsistent eg; some screws labeled, some not. The online video tutorial ommits parts that are in the manual. Predrilled holes in some parts of the product, so you cant full assemble as advertised.

- I'm now being ignored when I have reached out for solutions

I am incredibly annoyed and frustrated.

E5 great frame, awful desktop

Purchased an E5 standing desk with a black walnut desk. I cannot fault the frame itself, it is well made and sturdy, the instructions are easy to follow its operation had been flawless. However, the black walnut desktop wasn't worth the cost, it's a fibre board with a plastic veneer. It shows wear after a couple of days using a mouse directly on the surface. It scratches incredibly easily. My advice to you is buy the frame but get a solid wood desktop as the plastic coated MDF is looking incredibly tatty after six months.

Great customer service and product design

Product arrived in good time. it was well built, but unfortunately didn't fit our needs for the room it was intended for, so we requested a refund. The support team was very helpful processing the refund.

Great service but it took a day

Had an issue with screen which was saying it required a reset as the up and down buttons wouldn't work so desk would not change height. I couldn't get through to Flexispot on the phone so I emailed. They emailed me back the next day with instructions of how to do a reset, which worked.

Great service, the only reason they didn't get five stars is because I had to wait 24 hours for the problem to be resolved, ideally it would have been done straight away over the phone (or quicker response to email). But great service nonetheless.

Great service and prices!

I contacted FlexiSpot on Sunday to request further information on an item. Both Aifer and Julena responded promptly. I then went onto order the item and it was delivered yesterday. It was very easy to put together and I'm loving it! The purchase price was great - particularly with the additional discount! Thanks very much FlexiSpot! :-)

The delivery arrived earlier than…

The delivery arrived earlier than expected, product (standing desk) is good quality and was easy to build. I have also had some enquiries from their customer support after a few weeks and got quick replies. I am very happy with the experience.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a sit / stand desk around 18 months ago and only just got around to assembling it. I have to say it was extremely easy to build. However, I had a little problem once built,
with the motors stopping and starting, so I got in touch with customer services and they were absolutely fantastic, they pointed out that some of the control boxes were not fixed and because they were at an angle it was cutting out, so a simple fix and the desk was working perfectly again. Absolutely prompt and first class support from their customer service team and a great product. I will definitely be buying more gear from them going forward, thank you FlexiSpot UK.

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service. I had a problem with my electrical standing desk i bought from the company 4 years ago. The responded within minutes when filling in my customer service query, asked for a video of the problem and then send me clear instructions to solve it within an hour! And this was for a desk that was out of warranty. First class!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service
I had a few issues with the motor on my standing desk (having had it a while), the customer service team were fantastic. Helped identify the issue, sent me the replacement parts and were super communicative and efficient. 10/10.

Cheap materials, really poor service

The desk is ok, survived a house move and still works. I don't use the standing features much but it's a good solid desk nonetheless.

The desk top seems a bit cheap for the price you pay and the pattern on it wears very quickly. I'd expect better on that front.

My main issue is the poor customer service. I recently went through a second house move and the power supply seems to have disappeared. I contact them to ask if they could help me source a replacement power supply and they just said "Since it was lost during the move, we can't give you one for free" (not what I was asking for, I'd happily buy one) and "And we don't sell them either" - so I'm stuffed with a desk that cost over £400 and is now useless because it's stuck at a height of about 50 cm!

It's not exactly great for their green credentials or the 'right to repair'
