After two years of our property being on the market with another estate agent and little movement we decided to move to Flexi Agent, Jack came out and met us personally and filled us with confidence, he had a "can do" attitude and assured us he would sell our property. Within a week we had about five viewings and within a month we had accepted an offer. This "can do" attitude is instilled in the entire company with nothing being too much trouble, Harriet, our Senior Sales Negotiator was always on hand,answering questions and generally guiding us thru the process no matter what time of day, early morning, early evening, always a quick response. The phone always got answered, the message always got thru and you always got a returned call quickly. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone. Well done to all concerned at Flexi Agent.

Flexi-agent have been amazing in dealing with my sale. The Branch Manager, Sophie especially worked so hard to get me the right price and in keeping me up to date with its progression. Ask for a Sophie if you deal with Flexi-agent, you’ll be glad you did!

You cannot fail to see flexi 'sold' boards all over the place and in view of our experience with them, I am not surprised. We decided to put our apartment for sale recently with the company as our son had sold his house via Flexi a year ago. He was very impressed as it sold in one day at a higher price he expected. Ours took longer... 3 days to be exact! And in the meantime, we purchased our new home via Flexi too. The whole process was quick, easy and any questions plus new visits arranged as wished and answered quickly. We have had plenty of experiences with all estate agents locally over the years. This ranks as one of the best.

Flexi Agent are amazing at selling your house fast...we accepted 3 offers within 24hrs of viewings (first two fell through) and our agent,Emma,who no longer works at the company was fantastic at getting viewings lined up quickly.
Have had to take 2 stars off due to our experience of starting to feel like Flexi Agent were starting to work for a fast sale,not in our best interests.
Our house was undervalued by the bank survey and we were told that the report would be published online for all to see so we best accept the lower offer. I don’t think this is exactly true but I know a friend who was also told the exact same thing by the office.
Gave great first impression but was left with hardly any communication once offer had been accepted. They are doing something right but I wouldn’t use them again. The agents we bought our house with were much better in terms of communication and professionalism

We just found our new home with Flexi-agent and are absolutely delighted. Harriet in particular has been very helpful, responsive and instrumental in aiding us and our big decision. I've sold with Flexiagent earlier this year too as an executor, again all great service. They know this market and area
very well and I would recommend them.

Harriet from Flexiagent has been phenomenal. We have loved Harriet’s compassionate and patient approach - nothing has been too much trouble. Their first class out of hours service leaves other estate agents in Southport wanting. Andrea and James who run Flexiagent have cornered a somewhat neglected market and brought house buying and selling into the 21st century in this area.

Appalling service from a pushy estate agent that does not value their customer. Only interested in getting signs up to make a name for themselves. It's all about Jack Leader. When the signs goes up he never contacts you and when you confront him, he is very aggressive and unprofessional. At the end of the day i am the customer and want service. Steer clear, plenty of other estate agents in Southport.

We put our house on the market with Flexi Agent as we were so impressed with how confident Jack was about selling our home.
He was so professional with us, took his time talking about the house and taking pictures. It was uploaded onto rightmove that evening with numerous viewings booked in.
Sophie Sutton looked after us in office, she worked so hard to secure a sale for our property. She was so lovely every time I called nothing was ever too much.
Unfortunately due to personal reasons we had to remove our house off the market and when I called Sophie to let her know she was so kind and thoughtful with me.
Flexi Agent is a great company and we will definitely use them in future if we wish to sell our house again.

Purchased and sold a property with Flexi Agent. Fantastic Estate Agents. Highly professional staff who clearly know what they are talking about. Seem to be ahead of the game when it comes to selling houses in Southport. Other estate agents seem to be stuck in the dark ages when it comes pricing and selling a house, ie psychological pricing at £***,995. Flexi Agents approach works. If you don’t believe me, just take a trip around town and look at the number of boards they have up!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Flexi-Agent, the team were excellent.

Special mention has to go to Harriet who is a credit to the company. She was brilliant throughout the viewing and purchase process. Not only was she professional, efficient, and polite she also negotiated a fantastic final purchase price.
