Very professional and cooperative people

Very nice cooperative people , we rent a flat with flexi agent everything is completely perfect and nicely arranged , office people are really nice cooperative all the time available to help and assist you , especially samantha she helped me in a very difficult situation i was moving to another property but at the last moment the other landlord refused , then already gave notice but samantha spoke to team and helped me out , she was really helpful and cooperative . I really appreciate her kindness and her work . God bless her . Flexi agent is one of the best agency to let .

Excellent to deal with

I have been dealing with Miss Sam Halsall and I was so impressed with her attitude to her job, accurate and precise information with a happy and bubbly personality so, very easy to talk too. I would highly recommend using the company as they are upfront with no hidden agenda.

We were impressed with Samantha…

We were impressed with Samantha Halsall- Property Manager as she exhibited a very high level of professionalism in dealing with us during her property inspection tour. Her approach, communication, and swift handling of our concerns were amazing. I and my wife remain very grateful to her and therefore would recommend Flexi-Agent, the company she represents to anyone that requires their services

Great experience with Flexiagent…

Had a great experience with Flexiagent in what was a difficult sale. They worked really hard; always efficient and courteous. A special thanks to Zoe and Jackie for going the extra mile! Wholeheartedly recommended.

Absolutely Fabulous!

We cannot recommend Flexi Agent highly enough. From start to finish they have been professional, attentive and kept us informed at all stages of the sale of our property. It has been a pleasure to deal with the team, our especial thanks go to Jacquie for chasing up buyers down the chain and giving us frequent updates on progress up to completion. Definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

Absolutely fabulous estate agent!

Absolutely fabulous estate agent. I was not their client.. I stupidly opted for purple bricks and my seller used flexi agent. Jacquie helped me to no end with a very difficult downward chain, supporting us all to get updates as the solicitors at the bottom of the chain were non communicative and borderline incompetent. Without Jacquie, I think I would have lost my sanity and my dream forever home. I am grateful to no end for all the support, advice and hard work put in for me even though I was not the client. Thank you so much Jacquie and team, you are stars!

Rubbish service, attention to detail and rude

Tell you they’ll call back and don’t, ask for screenshots of their own listings when you try to clarify obvious errors and respond with rude messages. Service and attention to detail has slipped massively vs when they were new and different to all the other big standard firms in the area

Our message to you was very polite and met with sheer nonchalance and arrogance, manners cost absolutely nothing! it’s a shame you have nothing better to do than trawl through our social media platforms in some strange attempt to try and find ways and means to be derogatory about something so insignificant to clearly demonstrate how small of a human being you really feel! Maybe it would be better for you to engage someone about the real issues causing you to act upon the negative problems you really face in your life and not focus on damaging the reputation of small businesses who work tirelessly 7 days a week to deliver great service to our clients who deserve such behaviour. We would ask to refrain from such harassment and bullying and to stop contacting us.

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. Waited 4 hours on a Saturday for the valuer to turn up and not even a text or call from them.
If you can't even turn up to value my property, don't think for one second I'd trust you to sell my home.
Awful service.....

I recently purchased my new home…

I recently purchased my new home through Flexi-agent and the help and support was amazing. From the start Rachel was there suggesting properties and even calling me the in the evening with news of properties in my budget and area. When the sale of a house I was after fell through Rachel called me straight away to make me aware it was back on the market. My purchase didn't go smoothly and everything that could go wrong seemed to but Jacquie and Zoe where amazing support, going above and beyond in helping. Even listening to me vent my frustration, they always stayed postitive the sale would happen. I can't thank the whole team enough. Hayley Hoy

Just amazing staff at Flexi Agent

I left a review in December 2020 when we first accepted an offer on our property, that was a really positive review as this company made the process so easy and straightforward and secured us an offer we were happy with. I said in that review that it was early days......I didn't realise just how early it was in the process! We have only just exchanged and due to complete next week some 9 months later. However, the delays were due to appalling solicitors at the top of the chain and I honestly don't think we would have got this far if it hadn't been for Jacquie and Zoe at Flexi Agent who worked tirelessly to chase the top of the chain! They were constantly in touch with me so I was kept up to date with what they had done. If you are considering selling your house I honestly can't recommend Flexi Agent enough they are truly amazing.

Recommended!

An excellent experience with the team at Flexi-Agent, from Jen who handled the initial purchase (including working out of hours on a Saturday - going above and beyond), to Vicky and Zoe, who ensured the move happened as swiftly and efficiently as possible (even in the face of a few hiccups on the way). Everyone was focused on making a potentially stressful process as easy and pain free as possible - professional, friendly and communicative. Recommended.

Not great

Not a great experience- customer service isn’t great. They undervalue properties to get maximum views for the homes they are selling ,then invite customers registered with them to view homes first. I was rejected to even view a couple of homes, that I would have paid more for the actual sale price. Many May be happy with them but I wouldn’t use them if I was selling or purchasing

Steer clear of this awful company

Steer well clear of this company. Totally & utterly incompetent. I am one of many of this opinion judging by the bad reviews for this awful company. Lead by a rude woman called Andrea Leader, the subject of many negative reviews on here.
Their valuer (Sophie Sutton) visited my home & suggested it was listed as offers in excess of £325K. Sophie arrived at my home over 30 minutes late she claimed she had got lost - I as a result lost work time & could have lost my job for not logging onto the call centre I was supposed to be at work for that day. I wasn't happy. Sophie made NO notes during her visit to my home.I asked Sophie Sutton to email me with her valuation of my home. I told her I was trying to get help to avoid a repossession after having no income during the Covid crisis & as a result incurring mortgage arrears, & that I needed something in writing to enable some advice & I also wanted to sell my home & move out of the area to a location closer to my family. Sophie agreed to send me a written valuation by email & that she'd do this once she was back at her office within 30 minutes. No such email or valuation arrived.I telephoned this company to ask why I'd not received her valuation & was told that Sophie was out valuing houses. An hour later I still hadn't received the valuation. I phoned again & was told she had sent it. I told them I'd not received it. I asked them if they had sent it to the right email address, it turns out that they had taken my email address down wrong, so who received it I wonder?Then I received the valuation but Sophie had spelled my house name wrong. I phoned again & told her this, she claimed she had seen it spelled like she had seen it written online, I know for a fact that this simply is not the case. She agreed to send me an amended valuation eventually I received this.
But then I decided to list my house for sale, so I emailed Sophie asking her to list my home for sale & I asked for guidance on some concerns I had about the selling process. I'd expected to have had the courtesy of a reply in response to my concerns, but this was not forthcoming, from Sophie or anyone else at Flexi-agent regarding my concerns.
I was sent an email with a button in it to a docusign site, nothing was visible other than for an input field inviting me to write my name inside it & then click on the "Submit" button. There was no information or document visible relating to what I was signing. I signed it in between work calls. I expected to receive a copy of what I had signed but nothing came.
Sophie then went ahead & listed my home on Rightmove without responding to my concerns, which was far from professional.
Worse still, Sophie listed my home for £300,000 which I categorically asked her not to do when she was at my home. We had agreed that it must be listed for no less than £325,000. I had to break off from work, to phone this company to ask for the listing to be amended immediately as their listing was devaluing my home. I was told that Sophie was unavailable & told I would get a callback when she was free & they had no idea when this might be.
I had already told this company & Sophie numerous times that I could not have incoming calls because I work 18 hours per day 7 days per week & I log onto a call centre, who fires people if their line is engaged when they try to put calls through or if their mobile rings in the background of a client call. Despite telling the receptionist this, she continued to insist on a call back which saw me plunged into a futile revolving door conversation. I asked to speak to a manager, but the rude receptionist slammed the phone down on me. I called back twice to get the same appalling response & the phone slammed down on me twice more. I was incensed, so I emailed Sophie asking her to remove my listing & cancel the contract as I also did the company via their website. By this time I was furious & distraught with my home live on Rightmove being devalued. I was losing work time, I was then late logging back into the call centre & being threatened with the loss of my job, I had lost the company I work for income & also myself, which was intolerable. I emailed in a complaint & received a barrage of abusive, insulting & scathing emails from Andrea Leader the wife of Jack Leader who is the director of Flexi agent. Andrea tried to turn things around to make out that their company were the victims in all of this! She accused me of screaming down the phone & insulting staff, which I did not do. I was even more furious at this, then she commenced to threatening me with reporting me for harassment after I justifiably emailed her to complain about the the catalogue of blunders her company had made & asked for the immediate removal of their listing of my house on Rightmove & for them to cancel the contract with immediate effect.
Andrea Leader's abuse continued & this has forced me now, to file a report on this.

Karen, this is just ridiculous, you have now insulted, used and abused several agents, calling us names and screaming at us! as explained you are totally in the wrong for speaking to my staff in this horrific manner, you signed a contract with a clear marketing figure clearly printed, you asked my valuer to lie to a company for you regarding value to assist you in getting more more money out of them, this is called deception! We returned your call, to try and establish what your issues were, but I never imagined the onslaught and barrage of abuse that was waiting! these claims are simply untrue and quite frankly harmful to our successful business. You didn’t want to discuss anything, you just completely flew off the handle, abusing people, totally shocking. My response was true and accurate, I will not tolerate any level of abuse from anyone and will help anyone who has respect and is willing to talk to me in a humane fashion, your attitude is outrageous and as a company we just don’t accept this kind of outburst, it’s unacceptable.

It’s absolutely and abundantly clear from the amount of negative reviews of other companies and the general consensus of responses about your abusive and violent outs bursts, which I would really welcome people to read, to gain a clear understanding of your motivation to discredit and tarnish good companies reputations, suggests it’s you who is the aggressor.

Initially good then turned bad

Initially was a good experience then when our buyer dropped out Vicki showed no compassion or care to our situation. She was just matter of fact I guess living up to what ppl believe an estate agent to be . Very disappointed

Whilst we understand that it is frustrating and upsetting when things happen that is out of everyone’s control, we cannot prevent a vendor from wanting to resell a property when a chain breaks down. Vicky is an invaluable member of our team and is far from matter of fact. We always try and keep a chain together and have many clients in grace periods from empathetic vendors, unfortunately we couldn’t prevent this property from going back on the market.
