What an awful experience I had getting…

I had a frustrating experience with an 8:00am oil change appointment at Pep Boys in Manchester, CT. The issue wasn’t with Pep Boys. FlexCar caused the delay. Pep Boys contacted FlexCar right away to confirm I was there with the vehicle, but FlexCar didn’t respond through their online platform for 1.5 hours. I had to call FlexCar customer service myself. Because of that, my car wasn’t seen until 9:45am. The process took far longer than expected.

I love flex car

I love flex car. It’s the best thing that I’ve done for myself. With someone w adhd I struggle to pay things on time. This has saved everything for me. Tickets, tolls registration is ON TIME. They even reminded me to get a service done. I love flex car

Flexcar is a is a great option if you don't want to own or lease a car

Flexcar is a great option if you don't want to buy a car, and it is better then leasing because there is no heavy down payment.

Flexcar is great to work with

Flexcar is great to work with. I have been with them for more than a year now. I have been able to swap cars to try different styles without any concerns or complaints. Staff has been fantastic to work with from the start. Scheduling services has also been a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking to lease a car with flexible options.
