Worst customer service ever!
Within hours of my purchase placed on their website, I contacted them by e-mail (this is the only way they let you contact them, no phone number given) to cancel my order. The reason being that I discovered the coloured cups still available from a retailer which I prefer over the clear ones. Since the order hadn't (and still has not) been handled, that should be no issue, eh?
Well, not if the company is called Fleurcup! They insist on having handled the order (despite that I never received a shipping notification nor my credit card has been charged) and claim that there is no way to cancel.
Even worse, they blocked my e-mail address, so I cannot even contact them any further. What if I need to complain if my cup is defective or gets lost on the way? I cannot contact them anymore!
Take my advice and by all means avoid ordering from their website!
