I recently got engaged and I absolutely adore the ring!! It’s absolutely gorgeous and I cannot fault it. It’s an oval 3 carat moissanite with platinum band. 3 carat is the perfect size for oval shape!
My fiancé said the delivery was 2 weeks and customer service was amazing at keeping him in the loop!
Perfect experience and I have nothing negative to say to be completely honest.

Purchased a ring, and received it within 16 days! The ring turned out even better than I have could have imagined! The vendor was also communicative the two times I emailed, I received a personal response within 24 hours! 10/10 recommend. The shipping was great with accurate updates from fedex, and arrived within 2 days. Always a risk with online companies, but I feel super secure with Flawless Moissanite now!

Great prices and friendly people! I bought an engagement ring for a 1/4 of the price of other companies and was blown away with how pretty it is! The owners are super friendly and know what they are doing! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning ring!!! I had the pleasure of designing mine with my now fiancé and it is everything I could have ever wanted!!! I went for a 2.5 elongated cushion, hidden halo and pave band in platinum. So gorgeous I am in awe! Only took 3 weeks from ordering to arrive at my door, beautifully packaged as well, cannot fault them.

*After receiving a partial refund this has changed my experience and therefore changed the rating. 1 star docked from this rating as in the offer of compensation, it was explicitly requested that my review should change in reponse to the compensation. I do however retract my accusation of the company being a drop shipper as I had no evidence for this claim other than the lack of communication between the sales and manufacturing team.

Ignore the stated delivery time of two weeks and instead consider it three, if you bear that in mind then your experience will likely be better. The ring itself is spot on and I've no complaints at all with it. It has received countless compliments.

I chose this website due to their comparitively fast delivery times compared to others (2 weeks). After ordering I enquired about a delivery date and requested further updates during the process. Each time I was told the query had been passed on but never received a reply until it was ready for shipping (After 2 weeks). To be clear, the timing isn't the issue but just the fact it exceeded the stated window, had it initially said 3 weeks this would easily be a 5 star review.

However, the fact they offer financial incentives to alter or remove reviews makes me question their rating on the platforn. I really do want to support a small business but communication issues and shipping time issues need to be rectified instead of paying to gloss over them.

My partner proposed with my dream engagement ring from flawless moissanite! I later found out that the ring he had ordered for me wasnt going to arrive on time for our holiday where he planned to propose, so the team got to work and sent a replica ring, which was absolutely amazing service.
I have since needed it to be resized which has been sorted, no issues and ive received it back within less than a week! Absolutely fantastic i am over the moon and couldnt rate flawless moissanite and the service they provide highly enough! Thank you everyone!!

Amazing experience! I was a bit cautious at first, trying to figure out where to purchase an engagement ring, but the options on Flawless Moissanites' site were a clear winner!

The delivery took just over 2 weeks, but Cheryl was super helpful, and let me know that they were running slightly behind due to an external supplier issue.

Highly recommend Flawless Moissanite!

Got in contact with Flawless Moissanite to help build a custom design engagement ring, and they did not disappoint! I was communicating with Cheryl nearly every day as she helped me perfect the ring design. She was very responsive at all hours of the day. Between her and her Senior Rep, Sherrie, they made sure everything was perfect and made sure that the custom design ring was completed and delivered in time! The customer service these two provided could not have been any better!

In the end everything got sorted, close shave on timing, but they definitely made up for it by doing what they did, they even promised me my wedding bands because of the stress. I appreciate Cheryl was with me every step of the way, stunning ring in the end and she said yes! Thank you very much guys ❤️

I’m going to be honest.
The negative reviews did scare me, but I received a beautiful ring and am now very happily engaged!
The website says 2 weeks… I’d allow 4 weeks realistically, so if it doesn’t arrive in two, don’t worry! It’s a family team, and with the final product being so impressive, I’m not surprised if they are working 24/7 to get these out to people!

Customer support always responded, and now I have completed the process, I shouldn’t have worried so much !

Be patient. They’re worth the wait!

I’m so happy with how my ring turned out! The customer service throughout the entire process was amazing. I had the opportunity to work with Cheryl and she was great. Kept me in the loop every step of the way and went out of her way to get me timely updates.

The engagement ring I order was crafted beautifully! It's looks fantastic and exactly like the pictures. The communication from the team was great and the turnaround was a lot quicker than any other company (usually a 6-8 minimum for other companies).
Great service and great price. Very happy happy customer and I would definitely recommend.

This review is specifically about the pre-delivery service provided by Cheryl. My order is running later than I expected but she has been very prompt and really helpful in her response to my various enquiries and, unprompted, updated me once she had news of a delivery date. Throughout she has demonstrated that she genuinely cared about the outcome.

The customer service is beyond excellent! I personally text Cheryl and she responds right away … this will be my second purchase … honestly I bought a moissanite ring from another site to save money and it was horrible both customer service & the ring … I reached out to Cheryl & sent her pics of the ring and she gave me her honest opinion about the ring … I decided to take my loss on the other ring & order another one from Flawless & am looking forward to get it … also help me to choose a 2.5ct ring vs 2ct by sending pics & videos of the comparison

My experience with this company was exceptional! The ring turned out exactly how I envisioned it, absolutely stunning and beautifully crafted. It arrived right on time, securely and neatly packaged, and even included a limited lifetime warranty card, which gave me extra peace of mind.

I actually ended up using the warranty to get the ring resized, as I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. The resizing process was quick and effortless. The company had it back to me in under a week! Customer service was fantastic and responsive throughout the process; I was always able to get in touch with someone whenever I had a question.

We ran into a problem with the rose gold diamond band. Cheryl called and checked on it and was tenacious in finding it and making things right!!! Her help when mistakes happen, because stuff happens. was AWESOME
