Really impressed with prompt service and products. I have struggled with tolerating certain high end retinols as I have got older but not with this one, so I’m delighted that I’m able to use it often and know I will see results a few months down the line. I’ve done a lot of research as I have previously used more expensive medical grade products.. Obagi/ Zo/ Skinceuticals but they are so expensive now that I just can’t keep up with them. Medik8 , I think, offer a great option for more reasonably priced products that are equally as effective so I’m going to use them moving forward. Thank you

I bought several products of Medik8 and Kerastase. I trust these brands because they are amazing for my skin and hair. I have lovely hair and Kerastase's products keep my hair healthy and full of life. Medik8 has lovely Serums for my skin and help me to glow

Postage and packaged well

Ordered two items for a birthday, when opening the sealed box one of the items which was the Medik8 box was open at the bottom and the lid wasn’t screwed on the bottle properly making it look like a return and the staff haven’t checked this item properly repackaging. I’ve emailed over with photos but no response yet. Stuck with a used product
