Flavors Laboratory is a nano-distillery founded in 2021 by three friends and fellow PhD in Physics decided to explore the world of flavors & distillation. It is located in the heart of Nørrebro and its main focus is gin, which is approached as a micro-brewery does with beer, i.e. creating a wide portfolio of gin recipes, in the constant chase of the perfect flavor. Flavors Laboratory side passion is the world of liqueurs, bringing new perspectives and ideas, while respecting traditions. Flavors Laboratory constantly experiments with flavors and aims at always creating new exciting recipes and products.

Excellent limoncello!

The guys at Flavors Laboratory have made some really tasty gins and liqueurs. From the carefully balanced choice of herbs and the specially developed distillation process, you can tell that they are used to working in a physics lab and that it has taken a systematic approach and many repetitions to achieve such excellent end results. In particular, I'm excited about their limoncello, which is nothing like the artificially flavored stuff you're usually exposed to. The limoncello of Flavors Laboratory has delicious, complex lemon flavors and a nicely balanced sweetness. I highly recommend it!

Young and competent

I tried two gins and one limoncello from these guys. I was positively surprised by how much flavour they can pack in their quite innocent looking products :) It's also always a pleasure to speak with open-minded and skilled brewers. Highly advised.
