Okay, not great for the cost

The case itself is fine, protects as advertised. The version with the clear surround turns yellow over time. The mag safe phone stand tarnished quickly. Both are disappointing considering the cost.

I spent nearly $200 getting out my…

I spent nearly $200 “kitting out” out my brand-new iPhone pro 16 max with what I thought was going to be a brilliant product aesthetically and protectively. I had a look at the website quite a lot before I made my decision because it was a lot to spend, but I really wanted something that was protective and good-looking as I am in a creative industry and I’m constantly on my phone in meetings. I bought a a flaunt square case, A flaunt phone ring a flaunt protective glass screen cover and flaunt diamanté protective camera covers… first of all they sent me the protective glass that was cracked two times so I had to wait until the THIRD piece of glass until that was working… And then the cover of the phone started peeling back at the corners, which I expected a lot more from a fancy phone case that was well over $100… They advertised that they’re durable and can be dropped from 12 feet and trust me, I have not dropped my iPhone pro Max and is put in the protective section of my handbag, but I wanted a case that was going to protect my phone and look really nice during work meetings… Etc… so, in short the only thing that is useful now are the camera lense protectors, because the ring is now useless because it is permanently attached to the case… so really I should’ve only spent $20 and got the camera protectors instead of $200 on everything else…. I wrote back to FLAUNT explaining all of this in an emailand they just offered me 20% off buying more of their product. I found this extremely disappointing considering they have a 20% off sale at the moment for anybody. I would definitely not recommend this company… For the exorbitant amount of money you spend the product does not match the price ….go for a different company… not this one …. Their claims are pretty misleading in the product description in terms of being durable and dropping from 12 feet if they can just peel off in your handbag …especially when you’re spending this kind of money on protecting a $2000 iPhone. 🙁

I have been trying to reach out to this company because I bought two cases from them and they have not bothered to reply but saying that it my case it’s pending no information no nothing I bought two cases from them a gold one and a silver one in the little rocks in the back we’re coming off the gold one and I made them aware of that and no one has bothered to reach out to me yet.
Not a good first experience at all!!

Case is Peeling and Toxic Smell Coming From Brand New Silver Crystal Elegance Case

I ordered the silver crystal elegance iPhone case and just received it. As I was putting it on my phone I noticed the top corners are peeling! As well as near the camera button! And the foil is flaking off onto my fingers and there is a very strong toxic chemical smell coming from the case which is leeching onto my hands. Very unsafe! I am beyond angry and disappointed for the amount of money I paid for this case, for it to be made so cheaply and especially toxically!! I am hoping this was just a fluke and I did submit a claim for a replacement, but I suspect the next one will have the same issues. I submitted a review on their website but literally every single one is a 5-star review, so I’m sure mine won’t be published, which is why I’m also leaving it here as well. It’s bad enough that the case would peel, but to have toxic chemicals coming from it is unconscionable. As I said, I really hope this was a fluke and perhaps it wasn’t sealed properly or something, but if my next case has the same issues I will return and will never buy from Flaunt again. I’ve had their pink mother of pearl case (the Taylor Swift case) and the mother of pearl cases, both with minor ripping of the foil when it was pressed into the plastic, but it wasn’t a big enough deal to return. This, however, definitely is.

EDIT: I provided additional identifying information for Flaunt to be able to reach out to me, and as stated before, I did also open a claim with them on their website, and I am just waiting to hear back. I will be happy to update this review when I do.

EDIT NUMBER 2: I did in fact reply to Flaunt’s customer service, they just did not see the email. I will acknowledge that their customer service seems to be very good so far. Unfortunately, I received my replacement case today and right out of the box the silver foil is bubbling and peeling down by the charging hole. I did email customer service again, and I would just like a full refund on this please. This is now the second case that is having this issue, and I really don’t have the time or the patience to keep hoping a replacement case will not have any flaws.

The sharp edges of the phone dig into my hand, it’s uncomfortable, and it hurts. The phone doesn’t work on my car charger because it’s so heavy and thick.

Bad quality

Received my case in April 2025, by Nov 2025 the top layer has peeled off and so is the remaining secondary layer. Bad quality for a $46 case, would not recommend or buy again

Slow delivery

People keep appreciating fast delivery I’m sure all those are fake. I ordered and still didn’t get shipping update after 5 days. Already paid for shipping including import/duties taxes. Like how long can it take to ship a phone case from LA to Vancouver 🤦🏻‍♀️ I will advise that you stop using cheap shippers like Passport Global, they’re crap. This shows you have no care for your customers. Ship items with FedEx of DHL. What’s the point paying a lot of money for a phone case and shipping if you’re going to be cheap? Even if I provide you with my order number you won’t still help, so what’s the point? STOP USING CHEAP SHIPPING WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING A LOT FOR A PLASTIC PHONE CASE INCLUDING SHIPPING.

Note: I paid $26 for shipping that will take 1 month to deliver. That’s almost Fedex 2 days shipping fee. It has already been 2 weeks and the cheap shipper (Passport Global) you used says it gonna take another weeks to deliver a plastic phone case from LA to Vancouver. I will send an email now to cancel this order and get a refund. I’m travelling next week and won’t be here. Next time use my shipping fee to pay for a quality and fast shipping service.

Don’t fall for the preorder dates

Don’t fall for the preorder dates. I spent 156 Canadian for a case that had an expected ship date. When I asked they replied “as stated will be shipped when available”. Still waiting on my 156 dollar item.

The case is fantastic

The case is fantastic! Heavier than I thought which is a good thing. It isn't flimsy. It's strong and durable and very rich looking. Keeps my phone protected while looking great! The only negative was the time it took for delivery. I wanted it right away!

For $50+ I expect WAY better quality

For $50+ I expect WAY better quality. The case is flimsy and cheap.

I purchased a case & ring grip. The ring fell off within a week or so, rendering it useless. And within 2 months the case started to peel. The abalone shell color is flaking and peeling at the corners.

I reached out to customer service and they told me they'd send me a new one. Months later no case... I reached back out and they told me I had to pay return shipping- for their faulty product! They're basically just having me subsidize the new case because no way it costs them more than $1 to make. They aren't extorting me for MORE money.

Do not fall for the 100s of 5 star reviews on their site (and no 4-1 stars...hmmmm... all reviews are in the same language- SO CLEARLY FAKE).

This brand is a joke and a scam. Get a Casetify.

Just purchased a flaunt case for the…

Just purchased a flaunt case for the first time and although beautiful, the case is not a tight squeeze around the phone and barely has a lip around the screen so the first drop of my phone the phone was half way out of the case and my screen protector shattered. I am 42 years old and have never broken a phone, screen, or screen protector so I’m not impressed. The fast charging battery also doesn’t charge “fast” and at a full charge could barely get me back to 80% from 38%. Wireless charging doesn’t work with the MagSafe case and the magnetic ring I purchased for it falls off all the time because it’s not a strong enough magnet. Very disappointing after spending $140. Oh and the best part is there is nowhere on their website to write a review. I can read all the reviews but no option to write one even though my account and purchase are verified. Makes me question the legitimacy of all the reviews.

UPDATE the flaunt team saw my review and issued a full credit. I sure hope they use the feedback given to increase the quality of their cases because they really are beautiful. At least their customer service is decent!

Awesome customer service

After a lot of research I ordered a FLAUNT case for my new phone - it’s more than I would ordinarily spend but I love the look of cases, they seem to provide good protection and figured I’d treat myself.

The website is a bit confusing (easier to navigate on a desktop than a mobile) as they’ve broken everything down into phone make/model then MagSafe (so there’s multiple product categories per phone model) - long story short - I ordered the wrong product and being an international customer it did take a long time to arrive (expected).

I contacted the company and was told that international customers couldn’t exchange (this isn’t listed on the website - so they need to either state it online or get their shipping processes sorted out.) I ordered a replacement figuring I’d return the wrong product and I’d be out of pocket for shipping, but as it was my error that’s on me.

Over a few days the team reached out and kindly refunded me for the wrong case and asked me to donate it (which I will absolutely do). This is great customer service - I’ve never had a company do that before, especially when you consider it’s a premium product.

The case and phone ring that arrived are really lovely - well designed and good materials. You can probably get more durable cases for the money but nothing that looks as good as these cases. I’m excited for my case to arrive.

Reading a lot of reviews, it sounds like this company is having teething issues that come with growing fast, but they’re clearly working hard to resolve them. I’d definitely buy from them again and I really appreciate their approach to solving my issue.

I’ve purchased several Flaunt square cases, 4 high gloss solid colored cases. Additionally I’ve bought the matte finish case and animal skin case. While i love the square shape and it does a great job protecting the phone. All 4 high gloss solid colored cases began to peal and delaminate shortly after using. I’ve written to Flaunt customer service and their reply was that this was normal “wear and tear”. I’ve maintained the pealing is a design flaw/defect …
The flaunt site seems to filter reviews, posting only the favorable reviews. Buyers beware … if you opt for the glossy case don’t expect longevity and at the price point it’s not a good value.
