Customer Service at Flaunta is flawless. From my initial engagement- when I went on the wishlist for the launch of their beautiful tote bag, to when I had a problem, the girls were ready and happy to assist. There was a small issue with my bag due to a manufacturing defect. Hope was so lovely. She took my feedback on board and had a brand new bag out to me in the post, in less than a week. They were super efficient and delightful to deal from a customer stand point. I love that they are a family run business and Irish to boot. I would highly recommend their products and will certainly be purchasing more in the future myself.

Bought 3 bags for my Mother and 2 sisters, they were absolutely delighted with quality. Any queries I had were responded too extremely fast and I would not recommend enough.
