Beautiful product but sizes are a bit off
Amazing product, customer service didn't respond to my questions before shipping but it ended up being ok thankfully
Question was in regards to sizing as their 10 is a 40 which is really a size 9 so I wish they would show the sizes in both European and American sizes when you add the shoe in your bag.
Had I ordered my regular size which is a 9 it would have really been an 8 and I would have had to return it.

Great customer service
After waiting weeks for a restock, I contacted Flattered to ask whether one was in the way. Not only did I receive a response during the same day, I was offered the possibility of them sending their last available item from their Stockholm store directly, as there was no restock of my preferred item coming. Payment and shipping went very smoothly.
I also absolutely love the bag, and it while I have not had it for long, it seems to be of very high quality. Hoping it's a favourite for a lifetime!
