Because one of the items in my order was marked as pre-order, which seemed to conflict with the instant shipping notice on the website, I was worried that the whole order might be delayed. I also wasn’t sure how long the pre-order item would take to ship, so I felt a bit anxious to confirm the delivery time.
Fortunately, their website had an online chat feature — and to my surprise, the customer service representative Iry replied right away at 8 a.m. Sweden time and quickly resolved all my concerns. I truly appreciate such responsive and helpful service as well as the help by Anne from official Flattered on instagram. She did help me a lot by deciding on my order ;))
What impressed me the most wasn’t just their great customer support, but also their incredible efficiency — the order was shipped within a single day! The “Instant Shipping” label on their website is absolutely true, not just a slogan. Just wanna say a BIG BIG THANK YOU to the Team FLATTERED. 💗💗💗

As a first time customer I was thrilled with my Marlon loafer. I received many compliments and found it to be extremely comfortable and stylish. After having an issue with one of the shoes , customer service was completely attentive . Their response could not have been better. I liked the grey suede loafers - slightly on the large side but I want to wear them with socks so that's fine. Grey suede loafers very difficult to find so was thrilled - and they are not too masculine with elegant almond toes.
Not great communication about their journey to me, and tracking number useless without the name of the courier company. Don't know about returns service as have never used it!

i got a very damaged package in the mail holding my leather cleaner and protector. i contacted the company and within 24 hours i had a response and within a week a replacement was sent to me. really great service and very easy to work with. looking forward to using the items!

Disappointed. I’ve had my bag for less than a month and used it maybe 5 times and it already has wear and tear with leather peeling on the edges. The bag is beautiful, but I’m dissatisfied with the quality.

My first order was the suede Alva bag, and it’s a very well made bag, very chic and nice to dress up or down. I’ve gotten many compliments about it. My second order was a pair of shoes that I wanted to gift to my sister in law. Both her and I were impressed with the quality of the shoe, and how effortless and sophisticated it looks. The only reason we had to return it was because I ordered her the wrong size, and the company did not carry her true size. (She wears a size 13, which is difficult to find everywhere). Because I was out of the country, I knew I was going to surpass the 30-day return limit, by the time I got back. When I explained the situation to the team at Flattered, they were very understanding, and in fact allowed me to return the item regardless! I am extremely impressed with the brand as a whole. The style and quality is amazing, and the customer service is fantastic! It rare to find a brand that offers both! I will definitely be shopping at flattered for shoes and bags in the future, I love everything this brand stands for!

I bought the Alma zip front boots just before Christmas (less than a year ago) the sole of the boot is visibly coming apart form the shoe around the heel on both boots. After understandbly being disappointed in this after paying over £200 for the boots, as you would I contacted customer services to see if they’d issue a replacement.
I was incredibly shocked to be told to either go to a cobblers and get them repaired as flattered are ‘in support of sustainability’ ( clearly not as why would you make a pair of boots not made to last that enables me to have to buy another pair within the space of a year..) also why should I have to go out of my way to get them repaired the point is their faulty, most companies will replace and have the customers best interest. Or I was told to return them for a refund? How that benefits anyone at all in sending back a pair of broken boots I have no idea.
I will never use flattered again, I’ve had issues with companies in the past that have replaced with purchases over 2 years old, Somthing of that price should be made to last and also a company selling produce of this price bracket you’d think would have their customers in their best interest
It’s a shame as I Reccomended these boots to a friend and have just told her not to bother now.
